Need some help
First time grower. Was given a huge 8x4 tent with a t5 fluorescent light and a high pressure sodium light. We have our seedlings under the fluorescent for now and then once we get them in the bigger pots we’ll use the high pressure sodium. Our seedlings are on day 13 in soil and the soil we used was a 70/30 mix of ocean forest and coco. We definitely struggled keeping the humidity at a consistent level the first week or so, so we bought an ac infinity humidifier and we’ve been good since. We keep the temp at 75 with 70% humidity. We have two ac infinity fans at each end of the tent going as well. I think the fluorescent light dries out the top of the soil fairly quickly but the bottom half stays damp. While this is our first time growing and growing indoors at that, I do have some gardening experience. I try to be very conscious of not overwatering but I’m afraid that maybe I have. We planted 5 seeds that we had germinated by soaking in water for 24 hrs and then placing in cotton pads in plastic bags until the tap root sprouted then we planted them in soil. The first one to sprout seems to be struggling to grow its leaves properly. The 2nd and 3rd seem to be doing great minus some yellowing that I noticed today and the 4th looks good to just slower progress? We originally had the light about 24” above the pots but the seedlings seemed to be stretching so I moved the light closer. About 6-8” from the plants and they seem much happier. I’m just looking for some advice or suggestions. I’ve watched tons of videos and read a bunch but obviously that’s more generalized and there isn’t a lot of information out there on fluorescent lights or at least from what I’ve found thus far.

This post is not meant to widen the distances between both Pukhtoons and Punjabis. (Im not a supporter of Imran Khan, PDM or Haram khor Army.) As we know that protest is over with a defeat to PTI. Well they lost because they were expecting 40k people from rawalpindi and islamabad as well. Now i see many punjabi brothers saying stuffs like pathan bhaag gai pathan der gai etc in SM. Have you ever wondered why so many of Pukhtoons come out to protest every time even though the performance of PTI have been very poor? Thats because in IK tenure there was a significant reduction of terorism and drone attacks. People here are so fed up with it that they dont even think about having that quality life but are struggling for basic human rights. Sorry to say but you guys are just keyboard warriors who never showed resilience in real meaning.

Fresh graffiti has been daubed on a wall outside the Royal Victoria Hospital in Belfast.
The pro-Palestine slogan: “From the river to the sea, Palestine will be free” was sprayed on the wall bordering the Falls Road in west Belfast on Wednesday night.
It comes just hours after police confirmed they were treating anti-DUP graffiti on the same wall as a “sectarian hate crime.”
DUP leader Gavin Robinson posed for pictures at the wall on the Falls Road last week urging the Belfast Trust to remove the original pro-Palestine slogan and flag that had been on the wall for six months.
The DUP leader previously said that a complaint about the presence of the writing was lodged with the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust more than five months ago after he was contacted by local members of the Jewish community.
Earlier this week the pro-Palestine slogan was removed by contractors and a new anti-DUP and pro-Palestine message was sprayed on the wall shortly after.
A spokesperson for the Belfast Health and Social Care Trust said: “Belfast Trust can confirm that we are in discussions with a contractor so work to remove this graffiti can begin in the coming days.”

2024.11.28 14:40 Unhappy_Macaron3523 Taking a break because not as effective
I’ve been on sema for a year and the last month, the effects have been noticeably not the same (even the constipation stopped). I can’t complain as I’m 60ish pounds down but I still have more to go. It’s just too expensive for it not to be effective
My GP suggested going on metformin for a month and the restart at .5. Anyone have any experience? My next step would be trying tirza but I’m trying to avoid that since it’s even more expensive
