Hello, Im a 37M with moderate knee pain, Im generally active in sports and lifestyle with no known history of trauma/ knee issues beyond moderate swelling a year ago from playing sports. It does not hurt running.
The gist is, if the leg is not fully extended for a period of time like sitting for example, 4/10 pain starts in the knee area and when extending the leg the knee makes a popping noise and begins to feel better.
Is this a long term health issue or can I expect life to be like this now? Thank you.

Hello So i was on 200 mg zoloft for 2 years But hate zoloft side effects so I asked my doc to switch from Zoloft
He advised to take 100 mg zoloft 150 mg bupropion 25 anafranil (worked for me b4)
I have a fear of switching meds so i started out slowly
137 mg zoloft 75 mg bupropion 25 Anafranil Took this combo for 4 weeks and had some zoloft withdrawal symptoms but was fine
Then after 4 weeks increased to 112 mg zoloft 150 mg bupropion 25 anafranil
And since having depressive thoughts I have Anxiety disorder / ocd / depression I have seen bupropion works with zoloft But now i doubt it may work for me its been 4 days and i am feeling depressive

Fairly new to this community and I absolutely love the content and the redditors here. Thanks to another post, I acquired my first "real" flashlight - Sofirn Q8+ because I just wanted all the lumens. My family thinks I've gone off the deep end, but I think this is a great new hobby to get into.
Anyways, I have indoor cats. Well, my wife has indoor cats and I just live here. I'm responsible for carpet shampooing when said cats lose their lunch, which is a few times per week it seems. You probably see where this is going...
I grabbed a Darkbeam UV penlight a few months ago to help me find spots on the carpet. It works, but it's very weak and it's difficult to use during daylight hours. Works great in the dark though.
I'm looking to upgrade, and need some recommendations on a good UV flashlight. I'm not even sure what's the best frequency for this task. The Darkbeam is 365nm but maybe something else is better? Also, no strict budget but keeping it under $80-100 would be ideal.
I'm looking forward to your recommendations!
