- Why no change Summoner rift to arcane for more fun?
Very sad and the worst thing is when Aram returns they will change everything to make it a generic mobile game.

I need a new laptop (mine broke months ago) and am of course hoping to take advantage of the sale prices this week. I would love some advice on whether I need the Pro or if I can save some money and go with the Air- I don’t really understand computers and their terminologies very well, so I kind of need someone to tell me what I need and what I don’t need outright I think lol
Here are the two I’m comparing:
Pro M4/ 16GB RAM/ 512GB SSD
Air M3/ 24GB RAM/ 512GB SSD
I’m used to getting Pros as I started getting Macs in art school when I used Adobe programs often. Since being out of school I generally use my laptop to do normal internet things, though liked having the Pros in case I finally had time for creative projects again. Recently I do have that time, and have been planning some projects that would require some video editing. I’m talking like tutorial/YouTube video scale, not massive. Can Airs handle that kind of editing, or is it more worth it buying something with a fan?
Also side note, I was given the whole Adobe collection by my school before it was a subscription service that I would be transferring to my new laptop, so please let me know if the Pro I’m looking at has too little RAM for that or something lol

This is a bastardization of what the Dragon Age franchise used to be. It is a living corpse wearing the skin of what used to be groundbreaking and INOVATIVE. It is beautifully stunning wasted graphics, brain dead puzzles a 2 year old could do, and HORRENDOUS writing made even more insufferable by vapid characters that REEK of weak minded/delusional writers who couldn't win a 3rd grade creative writing competition if their lives depended on it.
The bare minimum of any GOOD rpg is the WRITING and the world building. Role Playing is STORY primarily, combat 2nd, and GRAPHICS last (in my oppinion. combat and story can be interchangeable). Dragon Age's good name should NOT be attached to this cheap EA cash grab in anyway shape or form, but when EA bought out Bioware it did exactly what EA always does over the course of whatever poor bastard company gets bought up next. It sucked the soul out of Bioware until we were left with this GARBAGE. And it is GARBAGE let me tell you. By all standards which were set by Larian with BG3, this game is a slap in the face of choice based RPG's everywhere. Triple AAA gaming companies will continue to feed us worse and worse games, as long as we keep shilling out the money because of deceptive advertising or ignorant fan loyalty.
If you have bought this ABOMINATION, please refund it as soon as you can because it is NOT the best EA is capable of. No, the sad truth is unless you hit them in their fucking WALLET, this company won't actually CARE enough to change it's ways and if The Sims 4 is any indication (an incomplete/buggy/immorally expensive game which costs at least a thousand dollars to buy) EA will keep treating its buyers like a casino treats gambling addicts.
Take the puzzle building of Valve's Portal, the story and emotional writing of Naughty Dog's The Last of Us, or even the combat and impactful choices of past Bioware games. How much did THEY cost you? And how unique are each of these titles in comparision to DAV's budget and pixels? 70$ dollars is a HUGE pricetag for this shallow experience. Even 40$ is. This game is worth 10$-15$. It should be on the CD Aisle at WALMART with the damn hidden objects games at best. If you aren't painfully aware of how far the franchise has fallen its worth MAYBE 10$ and as a hardcore fan of the REAL Bioware ever since the original Mass Effect, I couldn't play this crap even if I got it for FREE.
There is a reason they did not send out review copies.
There is a reason it is currently bombing.
There is a reason they/EA are/is CENSORING comments actively to try to hide how terrible it has been received.
My advice? Get Baldur's Gate 3. It's currently 59.99$ on steam and has more heart, soul, choice, and fun in it that 1 fucking SECOND of Veilguard.
Somebody PLEASE make a fan made game to retcon Veilguard... a damn 2d point and click with an amazing story would even be better than this animated corpse of what once was.

Short version: What do you think my level is when looking at these Pokemon? If it was level 48 with 60mil extra XP, that would count as level 50, so I'm looking for an answer purely relying on XP.
Long version: I've been wondering if my Pokemon are fine for my level (and/or playtime) for a while now. Most of the friends I know because of the game have maxed out Pokemon, almost perfect counters for every raid, and have generally put a lot of time and/or money in the game. While I've had my account since almost the beginning (15.07.2016), I didn't complete a single legendary raid until June of this year, during which I only did remote raids, and only started actually playing with other people at the end of August. Since then I've been able to level up quite a bit (the Palkia kind of gives it away, I'm level 40+), but I'm not sure if my Pokemon really resemble that. I'd like to know whether I'm a lower level than my Pokemon make it seem, a higher one, or if they're about average for my level. In case you don't want to guess, and instead just want to know the answer, click on this spoiler: I'm level 41 with ~1mil XP missing for 42

Why are so many of the job ads/applications illiterate? I am constantly browbeaten with how every single company is the ne plus ultra of whatever the company does. Gene therapy, fast food, doesn't matter, they're all of the "highest standards."
But, easily, half the job ads contain such groaners as "How would you find a opportunity to stand out at work?" Fine a opportunity? Does the word "an" not exist anymore?
"This Job will require someone With an keen eye for detail." Why are you capitalizing like you're writing in the late 1700s?
And the one I love the most: "What pronouns do you prefer to be addressed by (he/him, she/her, they/them?" No one ADDRESSES someone as he or her. People are ADDRESSED as either John or Jane or you. People are REFERRED TO as he/she/they, etc.
