hey folks, I live about 35 minutes north of jacksonville, FL. my plants live outside nearly year-round. we get colder winters than south FL. I am debating on if I really need to bring my ventrata and miranda inside as they are gigantic. I also have smalleyounger rebecca soper, suki, st gaya, and lowii x ventricosa.
temps don't stay cold for prolonged periods, but they can be chilly over night for sure. I do not mind leaf damage, I just want the plant to not die.
what temps does everyone bring their nepenthes inside at?

2024.11.28 17:51 Ok-Abbreviations343 3.5 weeks post op

Hello guys!
I’ve just reached the 3.5 weeks post op landmark and I’ve started going on the stationary bike. First bit was quite hard but when the muscles got warmed up it got much easier and after 8 minutes I was more or less smooth. I did 10 minutes and I’m really happy! Let me know please if you have any advice :)
I’m also starting doing exercises in the water in the weekend. My PT told me to just walk for the first times and then we’ll start incorporating actual exercises. Would be great if you could share your experience!

Hi all, happy Thanksgiving. Having some concerns because my 6 week old babe has benefits on and off constipated for the last week or so. He used to be super regular, 1 poop a day, peanut butter consistency. But recently he went to 1 poop every 2-2.5 days. He had an appt on Monday and the pediatrician said if he isn't pooping to give him some diluted 100% apple juice. We're on our way to the only open store now to get some.
The problem is that he pooped today after not pooping since Monday (2.5 days, normal), but it was very hard and the size of a ping pong ball. He was straining as much as he would for a normal poop. He has been takijg probiotic drops for 2 weeks for thrush after Nystatin didnt do anything for it, we use parents choice gentle premium formula (walmarts comparable to gentlease) have since he was 3 weeks old, and we just started Diflucan on Tuesday (also for thrush). We do bicycle kicks and tummy massages after each bottle too.
I wasn't worried about him having several poop free days, but passing a hard poop like he did has me stressed, especially since it's a holiday and the pediatrician office is closed. Is there anything I'm not doing that I should be? Or is it possible that the probiotic or diflucan is not agreeing with him. I'm hesitant to change formula since he's been on it for 3 weeks and been regular the whole time.

Little bit of context: I am a trans woman so I've only really had boobs for under a year and before I had them I would not let anyone see my chest whatsoever.
I always forget that people can possibly be attracted to my body and I will often times just change my shirt in front of them without a second thought. To be fair most people I do this in front of either, have boobs themselves, have had boobs themselves, or are asexual but I am still comfortable in front of non asexuals cause it doesn't even cross my mind that they might be attracted to me.
I guess the most ironic part of me forgetting that people might be attracted to my body is that boobs are practically the only thing I have ever found physically attractive when I've had girlfriends.
