 | Hey all, As you can see in the pic I have a fairly simple setup for a 24V well pump, but I am not getting the run-times I expected, so wondering if my calculations were off or if there is just something not right with this setup. This pump draws between 5.5 and 6 amps when it is running, and will only run for about 3 hours continuously max. I expected much longer than this based on some on-line calculators I used for 100Ah LiFePO4 batteries powering a 6 amp load. Using web-based and manual calculations I should be getting around 16 hours of run-time. 2024.11.28 17:30 zunuta11 quant infrastructure: home NAS w/ option to push to cloud?
I want to experiment with some alternative assets like maybe crypto or forex, which have nothing to do with my work in equities. I'm thinking of building a home NAS to experiment with. But I also want to consider the option if pushing the infrastructure to a cloud provider at later date.
I thinking I will test locally on a NAS/home infrastructure and if something seems interesting, I can go live on a cloud account later. I don't have a ton of experience building databases and certainly not maintaining them.
Any feedback is welcome on what is most reasonable.
* Should I use local docker containers and then push to S3, etc. when I want?
* Should I just straight install databases (postgres, etc.) on unbuntu and they will be easy to move to an S3 later?

Which is why it frustrates me that pretty much everybody writes her as one- especially when you KNOW the fanfiction writer is capable of doing more with her.
Take IronPrime117 for example- he does some things good and other things bad, but I would never accuse him of writing bad characters. Or at least, that is what I thought, but right now, his Yang in "A Red Rose in the Blue Wind" is such a one-dimensional, aggressive bully that not only do I want her to get beaten up to give her a taste of her own medicine, but I would strangle her myself, if I could.
And that makes me sad, because I like Yang! She's pretty, funny, and can be one of the best characters in RWBY when she is handled right. But so many people fumble with her that it makes me hate her, and I hate that.
What do you guys think? Am I overreacting, or do you agree?

Sup guys👋 A friend of mine and I are running a club, and we would love to recruit some players to make our squad wider. We have been dealing with a lot of inactivity lately, and we would love to change that. Our club is scratching the Top 100 even though we haven’t played as much. As you can tell, our club has some skilled players, such as older Top 100 players over on FUT and old E-sportlers from clubs. We are mostly searching for defenders such as CBs and fullbacks (excluding GKs) and wingers. I am our main ST, but I wouldn’t have a problem dropping to CM if you are good enough to replace that position. Not searching for midfielders currently. Only if you are extremely good, then we would take a look. Please keep in mind that we are definitely looking for great players with top-tier experience.
