Before you comment saying to take her to the vet, she has been at the emergency vet for the past day and a bit.
My 12 y/o female spayed cat vomited up her breakfast along with a large hairball about 3 days ago. She continued to not eat or drink so yesterday morning I took her to the emergency vet. All her lab values were normal other than indicative of dehydration and maybe slight pancreatitis, so they put her on fluids. She has continued to not eat at the vet so they're sending her home today to see if she'll be more comfortable eating at home. If not, she'll have to go back tomorrow and have a tube put in. We're going to be getting her an ultrasound either way, but I'm really worried and confused about what's going on. She's never had any health issues, normal poop and pee patterns, normal eating etc. She's been recommended for dental work which we were planning on doing soon but even then it's not severe, and I can't see what would lead her to not want even wet food or milk (my mom used to give it to her now and then and she really likes it). I'm worried about lymphoma but she's been perfectly healthy until now, can symptoms happen this suddenly? Initially I thought it was an impacted hairball cause she's long haired and has had hairball issues in the past, but she hasn't vomited since day 1 and doesn't seem to be getting worse. She also doesn't show signs of pain upon physical exam of her abdomen. Is there a chance it could still just be pancreatitis or gastroenteritis? Any experience?

Nas quintas, meu horário começa naturalmente mais tarde. Devido à aplicação de uma avaliação externa, hoje só iria entrar no penúltimo e último horário. Depois de tirar uma dúvida com minha pedagoga, fui para a sala dos professores e comecei a ler um livro. Depois de um tempo, a vice-diretora me pede um favor: ajudar na aplicação da avaliação externa de um aluno cego. Aceitei.
Segundo ponto: a prova não veio adaptada para as necessidades dos alunos. Depois de me apresentar ao aluno, que não era de nenhuma turma que dou aula, fomos para a biblioteca. Leio com calma e paciência as questões, as releio quando solicitado pelo aluno. Havia diversas questões com imagens e gráficos, no que deixo estas questões. Fiz isso porque não tenho treinamento em educação especial, não tenho experiência com cegos, imaginei que iriam demorar mais do que outras questões para serem resolvidas. Foi tranquilo.
Ocorre que, chegado o momento de entrar em sala, comuniquei à vice-diretora e ela pediu para uma professora me substituir. Tudo bem. Ocorre que o colégio resolveu, do nada, fazer uma atividade de show de talentos com todos os alunos. Não fomos comunicados. Ok, mais descanso. Aproveitei e localizei alguns alunos para falar sobre a recuperação final. Logo fui chamado à biblioteca. Estava lá a professora, meio alterada, falando que só tinham sido feitas 6 questões. Apenas folheei a prova e mostrei que a maioria das questões havia sido feita, só faltando algumas questões envolvendo imagens e as quatro questões de língua estrangeira. Apenas não preenchi o gabarito, porque normalmente deixo para o final.
Daí vem meu novo ponto: por que a professora foi tão preguiçosa ao ponto de sequer ter olhado a prova com a mínima atenção e ficou visivelmente irritada? Detalhe: como expliquei, as questões com imagens demorariam mais e por isso as deixei para o final. E mesmo assim, algumas destas questões o aluno respondeu normalmente comigo.
Segui a vida. Depois de um tempo, encontrei novamente a professora que estava com o aluno cego. Perguntei se ela cansou da leitura, se teve dificuldades. A pessoa simplesmente me respondeu que fez a prova pelo aluno e que pesquisou as respostas na internet. Simplesmente me limitei a dizer que comigo o aluno fez tudo. Detalhe: ela demorou o mesmo tempo que eu para fazer menos questões, sendo que ainda deixou as questões de língua estrangeira. (Eu não faria também, por não ser da área, e vai que exista um erro de pronúncia que possa comprometer o desempenho do estudante).
Quero e faço meu trabalho de forma séria dentro das minhas limitações, mas fiquei com cara de tacho diante da conduta dessa docente.

Hello! We are considering relocating to Texas specifically for SpaceX in McGregor. Trying to gage good areas to live within an approximate 30 minute commute. We would be coming from Huntsville, AL. Married, early 30s, no kids with no plans to have any. Typically considered home bodies, but like to have some decent out to eat options. Things within a 30 minute drive is fine. We are looking at the Waco area or the Temple area. It looks like there’s a lot more things coming to Waco vs Temple, but I could be wrong. Our housing budget is around 500k. The larger the house the better, preferably with at least a half acre. We don’t want to be on top of our neighbors, the further the better, but having them is fine too. How is traffic around those areas? We would like to have options and access to good veterinary care, which area would be better for that? What about medical care and doctors? How is the noise from SpaceX rocket testing? I’m picky when it comes to meat, are there any reasonably priced local farms or butcher shops that are good quality? Not for half a cow, but more so cuts of meat like a grocery store type thing. What about bugs? I’m a big baby when it comes to snakes, spiders and scorpions. If you use regular pest control, do you still see them in the house? Let me know the good, the bad, the ugly. Anything is helpful.

 | Finally giving you guys an update on my bagseed seedling ! I originally had her in some mud from my backyard . She did sprout and grow , but barely.. I didn't have much a clue on soil vs dirt considering I've grown most of my crops in my backyard dirt all my life . Apparently my seedling had aeration issues. I Decided to make a more loos soil. she's responding very well , all the leaves have bounced back up .. looks like a healthy seedling to me . P.S my last two post I got a lot of negative comments , I've noticed it's people on here that get "aggravated" at beginners trying to seek help . My advice for you guys .. stop trying to be so Almighty, we all do have different experience levels be mindful of that .
