Hello, i really don't know what else to do, and i feel like every doctor that i seek either thinks im crazy or i am lying.
2 years ago, i woke up in july with a 2 pinprick mark on my leg with a bit of dried blood. I did have my window open but its one of those that opens horizontally and only like 10cm. I never saw a bat but they are common in my city.
That day, and many other times, i went to the hospital and everyone either laughed it up or just shushed me away. I was never vaccinated. All this to say that i am at my breaking point, every day feels like its my last one and i can barely socialize or even work because i know for a fact that i will die from it. Is there anything that i can do, anything that i can say? Im hopeless and honestly scared.

2024.11.28 20:23 vespina1970 Finder hangs on specific user account after power out
This is the situation: * MacMini Late 2018 Intel 32 GB 256 GB SSD * MacOS Ventura 13.4.1 * External 2 TB NVMe disk connected to one of the 4 TB3/USB3.1 ports * Main user account has several folders symlinked to the external disk * Computer was working perfectly even after restarts
Today we had a short power out and when I powered the MacMini back on and logged in into my account, programs failed to load and Finder hangs whenever I tried to open a window or access any file on desktop.
If I log in with another account, everything works fine. Applied FirstAid to both internal and external disks and all is ok. I can access all files from the terminal. I ran an script to check all symlinks under my account and didn't found any broken one.
If I leave the computer untouched for about 15-20 min, then Finder starts to work ok. After trying many possible solutions, I just waited until Finder started to response and then deleted my main suspect: a symlink for ~/Library/Caches (that I created so cache files would be stored in the external disk rather thant the small internal disk). After doing that I restarted the computer, logged back into my account and now it loaded normally.
Why this symlink could cause such a problem? I created that symlink a couple of days ago and I am pretty sure I restarted the computer at least twice after that with no problems....
