hey friends, i have been diagnosed with LS 4 months ago and i’m in the process of being diagnosed with sjörgen as well. for me, steroids have helped tremendously but since my glands are messed up all over, i have had some struggles with heavy flare ups recently. my perineum has a pretty heavy scar still because i used to rip it regularly during sex before i got diagnosed, and the rip keeps coming back with every flare up. it’s very painful physically, and obviously takes a mental toll. does anyone know how to properly heal/take care of a reaccuring rip? much love, and thank you for this lovely forum, it’s helped a lot

I don’t wear prescription glasses nor contacts and have no issues with my vision (for now, fingers crossed), so it’s strictly for show.
