2024.11.28 20:40 CommunicationTop5909 Can I take amytriptyline and cetrizine at the same time?
(15M)
So l was just prescribed 10 mg amytriptyline for the night to help with migraines and I looked up interactions with cetrizine and amytriptyline and was wondering if what google said about there being negative interactions between the two is true? Because it's creating a little anxiety about me taking and having bad side effects. If I were to stop taking my allergy pill (cetrizine) tonight and take the amytriptyline instead will there be a chance they can still interact?
Thanks

2024.11.28 20:40 GreyCanadianWizard I want $PEP to succeed. It has everything it needs. Here's a rant about why we will win in the end.
I want to get this burning coin bullshit out of the way. While $PEPE can be burned at anytime, it can also be minted at anytime. The devs can add and remove as many coins as they like at anytime.
That can't happen with $PEP because it's its own blockchain. It literally cannot be rug pulled. The only way to obtain $PEP without directly buying it is by owning a very expensive mining computer. Unlike $PEPE which is a proof of stake token, $PEP is a proof of work. Work has already been done to mine $PEP, not mint $PEP. Therefore those of you who think $PEP is a rugpull are painfully misinformed of what that word means.
Let's talk about market caps:
$PEP has a market cap under 30million. $PEPE has a 7 billion dollar market cap. For reference, the ETH and BTC market caps are 400 billion and 1.9 Trillion USD, respectively.
So hypothetically now, let's talk about having a spare $100 to gamble, and you want to turn it into $1000. You're going to make more money if your market cap can grow. So you're more likely to make $1000 off that $100 if the market cap you bet on has lots of room to grow. If you bet that $100 on ETH, it won't become $1000 in ETH unless ETHs market cap jumps to 4 trillion. Remember, BTC has a market cap of 1.9 trillion, so how likely is ETH to grow bigger than BTC?
$PEP is cheap in terms of fees. I think my last transaction of moving 300k PEP cost me 0.002 PEP total. Have you ever seen the fees for $PEPE, which is on the ETH chain which is notoriously known for high fees? In short, betting on $PEPE is only worth while if you already have a large sum of money.
$PEP has more room to grow, is it's own actual currency with its own block chain rather than being a token on a another currency's blockchain. It's dirt cheap to do transactions with. To me, picking between $PEP and $PEPE is like choosing between a flawless diamond and a piece of glass.

2024.11.28 20:40 Previous_Station1592 “Masking”
How can we make “masking” and “unmasking” more conceptually robust, reliable/valid concepts? Or does anyone have an approach to systematically assessing these phenomena? I don’t deny that these processes exist, but at times it seems they can be used in empty/self-serving formulations. “Oh yeah I was masking all my life, that’s why no-one’s seen any of my symptoms until middle age.” Why would masking uniquely apply to neurodevelopmental disorders? No one talks about eg masking their personality disorder

2024.11.28 20:40 ModernEraCaveman Vulkan 1.3.260 vs OpenCL 2.0 for GPGPU programming?
Hello everyone! I am building a neural network from scratch in C++ and was wondering which of the two would best tackle the task?
My computer is far from being considered a beast in computing/graphics power, so I would like to get the highest performance out of it. I have some experience with writing a 3D graphics renderer with Vulkan, so I am aware that the coding overhead sucks, but that is not a problem. I am shooting to get the most performance out of my program, so that is not playing a factor in my decision.
Some additional information about my driver specs:

2024.11.28 20:40 Hungry_Bandicoot_776 The missing pieces of the puzzle
After the atrocities of WW2 the winners all agreed to proceed with creating a one world government in order to prevent future, nuclear armed authoritarian nation states from causing another world war and destroying the earth with nuclear weapons. So as the west sees it since China and Russia have authoritarian governments and do not follow the NWO plan anymore, they must be forced to submit sooner rather than latter. Kissinger in his last book last chapter proposes this exact thing in order to avoid Thucydides trap before China surpasses the US militarily. So basically the Managers of the US believe that the west must provoke WW3 now that they are stronger rather than fight and lose it later since it is inevitable anyway. So in a way the western elite have convinced themselves tgat they have the moral imperative this is the dilemma we face.
If you were in the council of Generals in the highest tier of the US military would you vote yes on preemptive WW3 provocation?

2024.11.28 20:40 Special_Agent_6304 A Thought-Provoking Physics Question: Let’s See Who Can Answer It
Hello to the LANL Physics and Engineering community and all the physics enthusiasts out there!
I’ve had a physics question lingering in my mind for the past six months. I’ve discussed it with a couple of people from physics backgrounds and even a graduate engineering student, but I haven’t received a satisfying answer yet. So, I’m bringing it here to see if anyone can shed light on it.
Here’s the question:
Can we simultaneously validate the Special Theory of Relativity and the concept of quantum wavefunction collapse, particularly in the context of the double-slit experiment?
In the classic double-slit experiment, we observe wavefunction collapse when a measurement is made. For example, placing a detector at the slits causes the wave-like interference pattern to collapse, leaving a particle-like pattern on the screen.
Now, consider this twist: What if we used an electron and accelerated it to relativistic speeds (approaching the speed of light), such that relativistic effects become measurable? Then, we perform the double-slit experiment with this relativistic electron but only turn on the detector at the screen just before the electron is about to hit the wall, as predicted by Special Relativity.
The questions are:

2024.11.28 20:40 MrShacorone Looking for an upgrade on my Sony Xb910n - Black Friday
Hello everyone. I've been using my Sony XB910n for about 5 years now. I literally use them for everything: commute to college/work, in the gym, while studying/working,...
While they still work perfectly, with the current black friday deals I think im due an upgrade. Which headset would you recommend?
I have been looking at the Sony XM4 and Sony XM5. Where I'm from, they're about €100 appart. I would want to use them in a similar way of my XB910n. Initially I was more drawn towards the XM5 but reading how easy they break, maybe the XM4 is the better option?
Feel free to suggest other brands too, my budget is around the price of the XM5's.
Thank you!
