NRK (og det norske samfunn forsåvidt) har lenge hatt fokus på at tiktok er en skadelig app for alle som bruker den. sikkerhetsmessig men mest for den avhengighetsskapende effekten appen har for særlig yngre brukere. Med hele fokuset på “avlogga“ og det der så synes jeg det er underlig for statskringkasteren å ha detta langt opp i feeden! NRK har jo blitt mer klikkmaskin enn nyhetsformidler (satt på spissen) men likevel er vel dette bare å lokke seere inn i tiktoks verden? Hva tenker det norske folk?

I’m planning a Low/No Buy year in 2025. It helps to put these things out into the ether for accountability so here goes.
Goals: *Cut down on my overall consumption *Pay off all outstanding non-mortgage debt *Increase my cash savings emergency fund to $20k *Break up with Amazon
My Rules: * NO digital media purchases. I’m so sick of paying for a license for something that I don’t own. If there is something I REALLY want to watch, I will buy a hard copy used and own it. * No new subscriptions. I don’t have many, and have cut down anything unnecessary. No new subscriptions at all. *No Amazon unless it’s an absolute last resort for a NEED only. *Nothing new unless necessary. If I need something it will be second hand as a first choice. *stick to a strict grocery/home budget with no more than 2 store trips per month - no single ‘just have to grab one thing’ trips.
I have used my holiday spending this year to replace anything that needed to be replaced. I’ve used discounts and points to stock up on home/cosmetic items. I have one big home item to replace this month but otherwise even though it’s a 2025 challenge for me, I’m aiming to start now. I have taken care of all lot of things - my car maintenance is up to date, medical appointments up to date, by the end of December I will pay my premiums for all of our insurance in full for 2025. I shouldn’t need any ‘big ticket’ replacements unless there is a catastrophe. I’ve been losing weight so I may actually need some clothes in 2025 but if that is the case I will buy second hand and will keep my wardrobe as minimal as possible.
My first measurement will be that - if I stick to this plan I should be able to have my residual debt paid off and be half way to my liquid cash savings goal by July 2025.

The emperor is older than the others giving him experience over the other three and shown to be durable and skilled. Which makes him number one
Will Shane is very experienced and probably more experienced than Junjie. He is already more experienced than his own son and even the master said that he would be a great Shane even without her help. 2nd best.
Now, Junjie has slugfu which has proved to be very handy, but if he was to be put against Will one on one, then he would lose. 3rd best
Eli is last because we didn’t exactly see much. Sure, he would probably also be very skilled with the goon, but I don’t see him beating the other three even with the goon.

One night my sister f11 was sleeping with my father because she was sick, btw she never dreams so keep in mind. She woke up in the middle of the night and told my dad that i need help and im shouting for her. He was confused because it was the middle of the night and had not heard me while i was sleeping in the room next door. He checks on me and tells my sister that i am fine and asleep. When morning came she tells my mother and father that she had a dream where she was trapped in a room in a two story house and i was screaming for help because there was a man chasing me. I F17 at the time had a dream that exact night but in my perspective, i was in a two story house being chased up the stairs by a man I somehow knew my sister was in the house but i didn’t see her, i was calling out for help screaming. Now i always have dreams but this one felt different so i told my parents and they were shocked, they told me how my sister had the same dream and woke up my father to check on me and i was “safe” asleep. This happened five years ago and i still think about it to this day. Does anyone have any similar experiences or any insight on dreams? Ive tried to do research but i cant find anything on google. This is the only shared dream we have had. Also we are best friends and such close sisters we didn’t watch anything to inspire this dream as-well.

2024.11.28 21:40 Ok_Collection_1424 Advice to help puppy not be reactive to towards neighbors jerk of a dog.

We have a 10 month puppy that does well when in store and with other dogs. But ever since we adopted puppy our neighbor has always been a jerk. Our neighbor dog would run up to him being barking and aggressive on the other side of the fence and then would run away. I feel like my puppy had a bad experience that know his always on the look out for him. Bad part it seems like one of the neighbors deliberately takes their dog out when we take our dog out and doesn’t supervised or if they do they don’t care. Even though their dog comes to the fence aggressive to us and our puppy. Im afraid that my puppy will start behaving aggressive to other dogs not just towards the neighbors. Bad part is that our neighbors help used when we lost power due to a storm that took our power out. Mind you our puppy is a sweat heart when we go out to the stores and interacts with other dogs and people. One thing I will add about our neighbors dog is that he has a tendency of escaping and has been aggressive to random people when he escapes.
