2024.11.28 21:30 Final-Instruction-93 I can feel my body popping when I lay down and breathe out

Age- 40 Sex- M Height- 6'1 Weight- 185 Race- White Country of Residence- USA Any existing diagnosed medical issues- no Any current medications/doses- no Any drug Use (including usage of marijuana)- no Smoking Status- never Duration of complaint- 6 months
This is so weird, but when I lie down, particularly on my stomach, but sometimes in other positions as well, when I breathe out, I can feel and hear popping, like my bones are sliding into and against eachother. It doesn't hurt, but it feels like... something and I certainly cannot sleep until I move and get into a position with no popping. Sometimes it is just one pop. Sometimes it is 2 or even 5. And it is getting worse. Like, it used to definitely just be one pop, but now multiple pops are becoming more and more common. It makes me wonder if there is something wrong with my connective tissue or if my cartalege is wearing away or something. Whatever keeps my bones in place, is it deteriorating? I only feel is on the exhale, which makes me think something is pulling apart when I inhale and settling back when I exhale, but slightly out of line. Again, it doesn't hurt, but it is getting worse and I can't sleep while it is happening.

2024.11.28 21:30 WanderWorld3 Tunisair Online Check In Issue

So it begins. Have been on this sub reading about about how bad this airline is but I have no choice. Not too concerned since my flight from Frankfurt will be there 6 hours before my Tunisair domestic flight but would still feel better if I could check in online. Anyways, I’ve been able to find my flight in that app & it shows up under my upcoming trips but when I click on that check in button, it says “ERROR: No Passengers Found”. Even though I’ve had the site send me my confirmation several times afterwards. I’m sure I’ll be fine checking in when I arrive but would still like the assurance. Thanks again for your help!

Hi everyone,
I’m really worried about my friend who’s currently in the raf. She’s been experiencing sexual harassment from a coworker: he touches her inappropriately when no one is looking, at the bar on base and won’t stop messaging her online. She’s reported it before but nothing came of it. Instead of action being taken, they were put in a room together in front of their manager and told to work through this “bump” and he got away with it.
It’s only getting worse and she refuses to report it again because she says no one will help or believe her. I’m really scared for her mental health. I remember the story of the army girl who committed suicide over something like this on the news a while ago and I can’t bear the thought of something like that happening to my friend.
I suggested she transfer to another base or office building but she told me that’s not an option for her. I don’t want to push her too hard but I also don’t want her to feel stuck in a bad place and unsupported.
I wanted to ask here if anyone has advice I could pass on to her. Has anyone been in a similar situation, especially in the raf or another part of the military? What did you do?

É o seguinte. Há uns tempos criei conta na xtb por motivos de segurança, como faço sempre, crio cartões virtuais mbway para operações online. Há 1 semana pediram me para verificar estes cartões e congelaram o depósito e levantamento de fundos da minha conta, pedindo que enviasse fotos dos cartões com nome e apelido de forma a verificarem se eram meus. Expliquei que são cartões virtuais, e DPS de email pra trás e pra frente lá consegui enviar fotos do meu telemóvel(pq capturas de ecrã o mbway não permite) e agora continua a aguardar sem ter acesso aos fundos. Sabem se eu encerrar conta, os fundos têm de obrigatoriamente ser transferidos para a minha conta bancária, independentemente deste processo ou como funciona? É que estou preocupado porque não sei quanto tempo mais é que isto vai demorar...
