Ik heb een vast contract in manufacturing QA met prima salaris, flexibiliteit en een goeie baas. Nadelen zijn dat het werk toch niet de beloofde raakvlakken met mijn vak heeft en ik weinig klik heb met de collegas. Ook is het een halfuur van huis.
Nu is er interesse van een werkgever 5 minuten van huis, in mijn vakgebied, voor een aanzienlijk beter salaris. Alleen kan niet meer dan een jaarcontract aangeboden worden omdat het een soort ziektevervanging/ ad interim positie is. Ik ga sowieso op bezoek, om te kijken wat voor mensen het zijn.
Tien jaar geleden had ik de sprong gemaakt op gevoel, maar ik hoor veel verhalen over hoe moeilijk het is om werk te vinden na een bepaalde leeftijd. Ik ben net de 50 gepasseerd, waardoor de vaste baan zwaar meeweegt in een lijstje voor- en nadelen.
Heeft er iemand advies?

Hi! maybe this is the wrong place to ask, but i need some opinions.
so I have never recived much attention by peers, not even platonic and surely not romantic. it does not bother me too much, expecially cause i have never liked anyone like that. i am 23 and i am sure i am ace and somewhere in the aro spectrum.
but i am a huge hopless romantic in so many ways (i am like on the 0,01% top Hozier listener, Huge good omens fan, and so on) and i always want to belive in those "ltrue love, fun, soulmates, "we ll find each other in all lifetimes" storyes (i know unrealistic standard can be bad but i just am not attrachted to anyone so it s not like i will project this on others)
But the way of the real life makes me so sad and makes me feel so stupid: like random text form preople who you met onece, online friend who never witnessed you declearing a crush but never trully witnessed you, your friends joking that they ll hate to be with someone for a long time.
on one hand this makes me so sure i don't want any of that, but on the other it disappoints me greatly, do they all obsess and search just for the external validation? it s like i have all this fantasy sweet ideas about this but in reality i am witnessing the early modern marrige markets but with apps for it.
I really wish to get to know your perspective on this?

He's acting very strange. It is written that it gives clear values of 5%/10%/15%.
Only when I press Requiem, I understand that it gives not so much, but this much: 3%/6%/9%. I tried this in the lobby and it's correct. It gave exactly 3% - 9% MAGIC RESISTANCE REDUCTION. Invoker has 40% MAGIC RESISTANCE:

What do you consider part of you warm? when does a warm up end and practice begin? I’m kind of in a limited time frame and aim for 1 hour and 45 mins per day. Usually I’ll start with some glissandos for maybe 2-3 minutes then I’ll do long tones for 10-15 minutes then lip slurs for 10-15 then scales and articulation for 10-15 mins. I’ll have a break after this (5ish minutes) and consider it my warm up. Then spend maybe 10-15 minutes on an exercise then finish up with music I’m learning and some range extensions and a warm down. I guess the question is, would you consider this work on fundamentals a warm up and go back and practice them again later or is this sufficient?
