Why all the negativity there? So much vitriol and hatred no longer aimed at CP as a corp, but the workers. It seems like every second post. Are they bots?
My father has dedicated 15 years of his life delivering people's mail. Has the longest route in Canada-which happens to be a rural route- and has risked his life in some pretty nasty weather to make sure people get their mail delivered. Every Christmas, he works his tail off to make sure everybody gets their packages, parcels, whatever it is. He is one of the hardest working people I know, and never complains.
It's a damn shame to see the hate and vitriol aimed at him as a worker. I am glad he doesn't have Reddit. Also, what do these people think will happen to all of the workers when they cheer on the demise of CP?

For weeks, everything was normalājust me, the sound of my feet hitting the pavement, and the occasional rustle of leaves in the wind. But one night, something changed. As I passed my usual streetlight, I noticed a figure standing in the shadows, just staring at me. At first, I thought it was just my eyes playing tricks on me, but when I looked back, they hadnāt moved. My heart started pounding in my chest as I slowed to a stop. I tried to brush it off, but I couldnāt shake the feeling they were watching me. And then, the figure started movingāslowly, deliberately, toward me. My legs froze, but my instincts kicked in, and I turned to run. I glanced back once more, and thatās when it happened. The figure was gone. No footsteps, no rustling leavesājust the empty street. The cold strikes us day and night, and as the winds grow stronger, the pain in our weakened bodies intensifies, especially in the small children who know nothing of life but hunger and pain. It has been 9 days since we last tasted the flavor of bread, that simple thing that used to be a basic part of our lives, but now it has become a distant dream. Since the siege, we have only received rice and canned food like beans, peas, and chickpeas. With every meal, we feel weakness creeping into our bodies, and in the eyes of the children, there is a gleam of fearānot just from the hunger of today, but from the uncertainty of tomorrow. The children scream at night from the cold, clinging to each other in search of an imaginary warmth that this worn-out tent cannot provide. There is no electricity or heating, and the cold cuts through their bones, increasing their pain and our anxiety. Every time I try to reassure them that the dawn will bring us a new hope, those words are the last I can say, because deep in my heart, I have no hope left. The children's health is steadily deteriorating due to weak immunity caused by the lack of food and its poor quality, and the days pass on us like a punishment. Under this siege, our lives have become nothing but waiting for a slow death. But we cannot give up because we know the children need us, and there is no choice but to try to survive, no matter the circumstances.
We are not only asking for survival, but for the determination to overcome this never-ending pain. We demand the freedom we lost, and the dignity that was destroyed by the bombing and destruction. All we need is a little support to stay alive, as the world watches, knowing nothing of our suffering except silence. But here we are, shouting loudly in the face of this darkness, hoping someone will hear us.

Nobody wants to do the research but because of my specific case and since Iāve been diagnosed, I whole heartedly believe that Covid and the Vaccine are tied to the influx of cancer diagnoses the past two years. Iāve been seeing way more people who are the first in their family be diagnosed with an aggressive cancer. They have a small inclination that it might be tied but little research has been done for obvious reasons. I would love to do a poll here but idk how, regardless I just want to say ik u guys probably already do but stay tf away from ppl who show any signs of being sick this holiday season. Last year on thanksgiving my nephew apparently was around ppl who had Covid and no one told me so my daughter was the first to get sick, then it was me. I was sick for a while, longer than usual. I remember coughing really bad to the point of almost throwing up. Then the day I thought I should be fully recovered from the cold, I woke up to my left arm feeling funny, it got worse by the hour and it turned out to be a huge mass in my lung that wasnāt there last year. Nobody takes Covid seriously anymore but trust me as someone who works in the medical field STAY TF AWAY, protect yourselves.

Iām a Christian on the spectrum diagnosed with an anxiety disorder. My spiritual life has been turbulent. I say I love God, but I barely feel normal most days. So Iām not really sure about the truth of my emotions.
Recently, I heard I have to go in for major surgery and my anxiety has turned to daily panic attacks. I have people praying for me and Iām praying too. But this is the third time Iām having this sort of surgery and both times I prayed and people prayed and both times were traumatic for me.
Now I have to go through it againā¦and when people say theyāll pray.for me. It doesnāt really help. I donāt want to go through this again. Iām scared and prayer isnāt easing my fear. My mental health issues are on full blast sending me down a dark hole.
Ive been told to leave it in Gods handsā¦It is in his hands..itās just also glued to me as wellā¦.and Iāve been struggling to give it all to him, but my brain works differently making me unsure of anything Iām thinking or doing.
Any thoughts, advice, even help from others on the spectrum or suffering with anxiety would be appreciated. Thank you.
