I am on my 4th playthrough (PS5) with all pilgrim skills. I've been able to use all successfully, except the smash skill (jumping down from above and smashing an enemy's head). I've viewed many posts on the internet and viewed videos, but have never in the many hours I've played seen the prompt that should appear above an enemy (similar to what appears for the head stomp skill) to use the smash skill. I've tried from various heights and using stealth, but to no avail. I feel like I'm missing out in general, but can't complete certain bounties because of this. Does anyone have any advice?

Does anyone know where to find the last upgrade for this amulet? I've looked up and the relatively scarce sources of info I found indicate locations I've already been to (Alrathan aqueduct, Anvallenim in Dock Town and the Shadow dragon's faction shop)
But I can't seem to find the last upgrade and it's one of the (kind of) core items of my current build. Any help would be appreciated!

Currently have a8h and I love the sound from the TV. Problem is that it's in a bright room and I need a TV better fitted to the room. Looking at the 65" bravia 7 or 9. Is there any sound quality difference between the two? How much of a downgrade is the sound quality from the a8h to these?
Side note is the bravia 9 worth double the price over the 7?
