Im a cannuck graduating this may. I have my dual aussie citizenship.
I've spent all my summers coaching race team sailing. not a great choice career wise, but Its something I love and happen to be quite good at. I'm planning on coming down to perth or sydney to coach race team laser next (your) summer, and do some networking while coaching/sailing. It would be pretty Ideal If I could find an internship until then.
do you guys have any suggestions? I've found some sites, but I'm sure there's more I don't know of.

2024.11.28 23:57 livesunderagiantrock Help setting drivers for new PC
Long story short, trying to install windows 11 for the first time. It’s asking for network setup. I am not close to LAN cable and the wifi drivers are not present.
When I download them from MSI website on my usb, windows doesn’t show any file in the USB. Just shows the folder structure. I can see the exec files on the USB when I plug it into Mac where I downloaded them.
I can’t believe in this day and age, I am spending 15 mins troubleshooting for drivers. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Does anyone else remember, sometime during the early to mid 2010s where Disney Channel stars helped little girls get their dream Disney Princess rooms?
Like Ashley Tisdale surprised one girl with an Aurora/Sleeping Beauty room, and I believe there was a girl with a Cinderella room, and maybe Ariel or Tiana?
And they used the Disney Princess themed paints made by Behr or whatever. I swear I remember these specials playing on Sunday or Friday nights on the Disney Channel but I cannot for the life of me remember what the special was called, and Google is no help.

So why are so many people in those age groups so unsavvy when it comes to the internet and internet safety?
There's a TON of people in those age groups that still fall for internet scams, that still can't identify trolls and/or don't know not to feed them, that still don't know not to click on suspicious links or even how to identify which links are suspicious, etcetera, etcetera.
How can so many people that have been around since consumer internet started be so bad at internet safety in general?
