Today I purchased some Litecoin on Sardine and had it sent to Xchange.me to be converted to Monero and then sent to a wallet. Fast forward 3 hours and the funds are yet to be seen in my wallet even I’ve received confirmation that those funds have been finalized and sent. I’m starting to think Xchange is a scam website since their PGP link isn’t valid (though it’s possible I’m doing something wrong as I am new to this) and their create an account/login doesn’t work because the captcha isn’t refreshing. Is there any way to see if the funds reached their destination? Or am I screwed.. I’m currently working in a lab which faces several internal issues: communication between colleagues is poor, interactions are often unfriendly, and there’s little focus on training new employees and teamvonding. As a result, the team leaders rarely stay for long because it’s a challenging job, to say it mildly.
Despite this, I feel incredibly motivated to fill this role. I’m eager to make a difference, and I genuinely want to help improve the team dynamic. During a recent conversation with my operations manager, there was talk of growing within the company and possibly getting a higher position. He told me he wants to take me with him in improving the workplace. The words senior analist and team leader were dropped on his part (We are without a teamleader rn)
I’ve been working here for only six months and i’m relatively inexperienced in leadership. Next week i will have another talk with the OM about what my future growth will entail.
He asked me to keep him in informed about what i see and want to happen for the plan for next year. How do I demonstrate that I’m the right person for this role? I find myself struggling to express my interest in the role of leading this seemingly bleak situation.

We haven't see the whole members. Even in the meeting, the other high-rank members' face was covered with cloak. But seeing how the members are, it looks like RA members are a bunch of weirdos too.

Hey there, I've been messing around with a [[Merry, Warden of Isengard]] & [[Pippin, warden of Isengard]] high power casual deck for a while. it's super fun but I'd like to push it to more of a cEDH deck.
Before I put too much time into this, am I running a fools errand trying to make this work? Realistically it feels like potentially I'll just end up running a generic Abzan stat/hulk pile deck which I guess is fine but fine isn't exactly what the format is about.
