Este não é um argumento político sobre se a medida é boa ou ruim; deixemos esse assunto para o brasil, brasillivre e investimentos. Vamos focar no que foi apresentado, entender quem pode ser impactado e como, principalmente quem trabalha para o exterior ou possui dois empregos.
O objetivo aqui é mostrar formas de reduzir o impacto do imposto ou lembrar de renegociar seus contratos para evitar uma redução salarial significativa. E você que está pensando em calcular uma possivel troca de empregos começar a levar isso em conta nos calculos CLT x PJ br x PJ gringo.
A proposta pode não ser aprovada ou sofrer alterações. Então, vamos apontar o que sabemos até o momento.
O resumo do entendimento é simples: quem recebe acima de 600 mil reais por ano como Pessoa Física (declarado no Imposto de Renda) deve pagar um imposto mínimo de 10%.
Situações possíveis para devs que recebem mais de 600k/ano:
(Os cálculos são aproximados e servem apenas para ilustrar e comparar com a sua situação.)
(não estamos considerando outras rendas, como alugueis, investimentos que pagam dividendos, etc..)
1. CLT padrão com salário alto (ex.: R$48k/mês bruto) Cálculo anual aproximado:
Valor bruto recebido (13 salários + férias): R$606k
IRRF na folha: R$157k
Como o total bruto ultrapassa o limite de R$600k, aplica-se o imposto mínimo de 10%, ou seja, R$60.600.
O imposto já pago (R$157k) cobre o valor mínimo, então não há imposto adicional a ser pago;
(e em teoria o seu imposto pago já cobriria uma segunda renda ganhando até 900k/ano)
2. PJ remoto gringo (um ou mais empregos), salário bruto total de $10k/mês Suposição 1: Dólar médio: R$5,00. Imposto PJ médio: 10,67%.
Empresa recebe bruto: $10k × 12 meses × R$5 = R$600k
Imposto PJ: R$64k
Sobra: R$536k
Gastos com pró-labore: (R$1.412 + R$113) × 12 = R$18.300
Recebido como PF (pró-labore): R$16.944 (isento)
Distribuição de lucros: R$517.700 (isento)
Total recebido como PF: R$16.944 + R$517.700 = R$534.644
Conclusão: Não ultrapassa o limite de R$600k, então não paga o novo imposto.
Salário líquido: R$534.644/ano ou R$44.553/mês.
Suposição 2: Dólar médio: R$6,00. Imposto PJ médio: 10,67%.
Empresa recebe bruto: $10k × 12 meses × R$6 = R$720k
Imposto PJ: R$77k
Sobra: R$643k
Gastos com pró-labore: (R$1.412 + R$113) × 12 = R$18.300
Recebido como PF (pró-labore): R$16.944 (isento)
Distribuição de lucros: R$624.700 (isento)
Total recebido como PF: R$16.944 + R$624.700 = R$641.644
Conclusão: Ultrapassa o limite de R$600k. Como não pagou imposto como PF, deve recolher R$64.164 (10% do total bruto recebido).
Salário líquido: R$577.480/ano ou R$48.123/mês.
(perceba que mesmo com um aumento de 20% no faturamento, só houve um aumento de 10% no salario liquido)
3. CLT (R$15k/mês bruto) + PJ ($7k/mês bruto), 2 empregos CLT (valores aproximados):
Valor bruto recebido (13 salários + férias): R$200k
IRRF na folha: R$40k
PJ (dólar médio: R$6,00, imposto PJ médio: 10,67%):
Empresa recebe bruto: $7k × 12 meses × R$6 = R$504k
Imposto PJ: R$54k
Sobra: R$450k
Gastos com pró-labore: (R$1.412 + R$113) × 12 = R$18.300
Recebido como PF (pró-labore): R$16.944
-- IRPF (27,5%): R$4.659
Distribuição de lucros: R$431.700 (isento)
Total recebido como PF: CLT R$200k + Lucros R$431k = R$631k
Conclusão: Ultrapassa o limite de R$600k. Deve pagar no mínimo 10% do total bruto recebido (R$63.100). Como já pagou R$40k (CLT) + R$4.659 (IRPF pro-labore), precisa pagar a diferença: R$18.441 no IRPF do ano seguinte.
Observações
- A alta do dólar começa a não ser tão vantajosa se você sacar todo o valor mensalmente. Para evitar o impacto, considere limitar-se a R$49.999/mês (incluindo pró-labore e outras possiveis rendas).
- Para evitar desvalorização do dinheiro parado, você pode abrir uma conta PJ em uma corretora e investir o excedente. Porém, nem todos os contadores (ou serviços como Contabilizei) oferecem suporte para a tributação de rendimentos de investimentos PJ.
- O entendimento atual é que qualquer renda de outras fontes como PF (aluguéis, dividendos, JCP, venda de ativos/imóveis) conta para o limite de R$600k/ano.
- Ainda não está claro se declarações do IRPF conjuntas (com cônjuges) somarão os valores dentro do mesmo limite, ai o PJ precisaria reduzir ainda mais a retirada ou começar a fazer separado.
Com planejamento, é possível contornar o impacto e evitar preocupações. Limitar os recebimentos como PF e administrar os lucros da PJ pode ser a solução mais eficiente.

Am interested in others' experiences with Dell PowerVault ME-series. I've read a few threads on Reddit. Couple of "storage locked up" issues reported, but nothing much which appears recent.
We are a small Dell environment (servers, storage, workstations) and want to stay that way preferably.
I'm about to replace core infrastructure and am considering recommendations from Dell to replace what we have now.
Today -- 3 x R740 hosts (vSphere) and SC5020 storage (all flash, 30TB usable)
Future -- we are likely to choose 2 x R770 hosts (Hyper-V) and Dell are recommending ME5024 array (14 x 3.84TB drives for ~30TB usable storage).
I'm not 100% sure about the PowerVault ME5024. Whatever we get, I want it bullet-proof.
So for those that are currently using an ME-series, are you happy with reliability?

Quick question for everyone, I’ve got the standard edition of fishing North Atlantic on the old gen Xbox one and was wondering do you still get storms and crazy weather or is that only on the enhanced edition, only asking as I’m yet to come across a storm and there was no photo previews of storms on the non-enhanced edition, but there was in the enhanced edition. I love me a good storm and all I’ve experienced is half decent swell waves 🤷🏽♂️

If I get two more weapons (probably both handguns) gold, will that cover all the 33 base weapons?
Or do I need to get for example both launchers or all snipers/pistols, like I can’t leave the HE-1 base level and have the Cigma in dark matter?

I don't want server members having access to pinging roles, and I figured the best work around was to make a bot ping the role with a command instead. I also kinda need the bot to have a timer so someone can't spam the command multiple times a day. Is there any bot that can do this?
