The states clearly possess a right under the 10th Amendment to defend illegal immigration, if that's what they want. The main problem with that, however, is that the 10th Amendment was effectively destroyed by these very same states back in the 1860s when they took up arms against the South.

2024.11.29 00:31 ultrarunner13 How much blood while teething is "normal"?
My 4.5 month old puppy is losing some puppy teeth. She is pretty much always chewing on things, which seems to make the bleeding worse. I'm going to get an appointent wth the vet to give her a looksie, but I wanted to see what others had dealt with. When I looked at her mouth I saw one tooth actively loose and falling out.
Any recommendations on things that I can give her to help the bleeding? She doesn't seem to be acting like she is in any pain. If it wasn't Thanksgiving I'd call the vet today and since she doesn't seem to be in pain, I don't think this warrants a trip to the emergency vet.

I've been thinking a lot about the recent changes to the League of Legends universe. Specifically, I've been thinking about the Lore behind Arcane (Viktor especially) and the problems it creates. At first, I was excited and really into the idea of Viktor getting an update until I started seeing images from the final act of Arcane showcasing Viktor's new look. I think the character design looks pretty cool and very interesting, much like Sevika, Lest, Isha, Steb, Mel, and Ambessa are interesting. They're completely new characters (some being champions) with nice designs. Like them, Viktor's update feels like a completely different person compared to his old model and lore, not just a refreshed version of his character. I understand updating and changing characters, but I feel like this not only does an injustice to Viktor but also reinforces the idea of completely changing a champion like they did with Skarner and Karma. With other reworks like Eve and Aatrox, I believe these champions keep the essence of who they are and the core qualities of their character (even if it's just visually). I also think the changes that came with Arcane (like the origin of Hextech) put other characters in a very awful position. Camille's story is automatically completely wiped, leaving the people who enjoy her in this weird uncertain state. With the new show announcements (Noxus, Demacia, Ionia), I hope we won't see similar drastic changes to some of the champions/concepts of those regions.

 | Hello. Recent media have shown Shadow and Maria sitting on meadow full of white flowers. It reminded me of a fanart I have saw for the first time years ago (2004/2005) showing similar scene with them. It was likely inspired by the 14th episode of Sonic X where Sonic took Helen, a girl who looks like Maria, to a similar meadow. Does anyone remembers that fanart?  | Alright, to the devoted fans of THG in this community. first and foremost i would like to thank everyone for the attention and their shared answers from my previous post which i really appreciate it and helps me to understand the story even more. we all know Collins write this story in a Very excellent way in which she can deliver the storytelling in a spectacular plausible way. But just so you know i'm not being paid here to say this and i'm just an Ordinary THG ReadeFan who likes to share answers, concerns or theory. I have a revelation to share which i have been thinking for the past weeks during i was sleeping and i hope i am able to post this in the right time and good conditions so please bear with me and i would also appreciate again with all your thoughts and answers of what i am about to share. It wouldn't be a theory this time, But why Mockingjay isn't a Bittersweet Ending? Peeta and Katniss already have Two Kids which represents a world without the Hunger Games and all the arenas will be dismantled for good. Is it because of relationship over between Gale and Katniss? no. Not that actually.... The Hunger Games is a Dystopian Sci-fi story taking place 300 years in the Future after a Global War followed by a series of Natural Disaster which it left earth lies in Ruins and Panem being the last state to survive in North America. After Snow and Coin are killed off, Katniss was promised by Effie to find the Life of a Victor. i mean yeah just imagine for a Generation like them living in this Era with the oppressed society and the said "Hunger Games" as a punishment for the rebellion they made. In the First Hunger Games, it was stated somewhere in the pages where other continents was flooded due to the drastic sea levels, katniss also learned that Panem is the last country to stand. just simply nothing we knew outside of Panem. (Many fans in this community has safely assumed there are Very few surviving nations or atleast facing near-end situation possibly because of: Lack of Resources, unstable region/endangered areas that will soon fall to calamity, not enough technology/materials to create any vehicles or something like that.) And i Joke you Not, it took me 7 Years to Realize what katniss meant by the last dialogue in the Books and the Film. The Meadow and the Beautiful Fields. "-But there are much Worse Games to Play." i also encourage everyone not to be judge even if you think it was a Happy Ending with the two having kids or some will say it's a Bittersweet Ending. But if you are going to ask me Again, i wouldn't say it was the Ending, but a Cliffhanger... "This time, it's not a Death Tournament Game, it's Humanity's survival against World disastrous catastrophe." if Suzanne Collins is willing to answer Q and A and future interviews anytime, it would be great with her expanding the lore of what the Destiny of the People and the World is heading at.
