My girlfriend and I have been doing great for a total of 7 months, by the time I'm typing this. Everything is perfect, blah blah blah, until our 4 month anniversary, I started questioning my relationship and having doubts. For the first month, I was scared as shit. I told myself things like "Am I leading her on? Am I the one for her? Why don't I feel a spark when we hug/kiss? Do I still love her? How do I confess to my girlfriend?" It was stressful thoughts like these that I couldn't stop thinking about for a week. Then, everything goes back to normal for another month, until middle of October. I started having these doubts again, and I was scared about my relationship. I kept thinking the same questions but also having intrusive thoughts and visions of breaking up with my girlfriend. The visions were the worst, because they felt so real and it felt like I actually wanted to breakup with her. But deep down I knew I still had empathy and love for her. At the time, this was our 6 month anniversary now. I wanted to hurt myself sometimes, but don't worry I stopped thinking like this for good. On the week of our 6th month anniversary, I was ready to leave my girlfriend. I had a whole paragraph typed out, and everything, but I changed the ending of the text paragraph before I sent it to her. Instead of saying goodbye, I told her on the message about how much I'm thankful for her and I recognized her for all she does for us. I'm really happy I did not end things there, because I was really stressed at the time.
Flash forward to now, our 7th month anniversary. I still have intrusive thoughts and visions, but just recently I learned about ROCD. All this time, I thought I was losing feelings or that I was in the wrong relationship, but these stories about people with ROCD, is something I can finally relate and understand. Although I am young, I still want to fight for my relationship.
But now that I know I have ROCD, I have some questions because I'm not sure how to fight it all the time. For about 2 hours a day, I have these episodes. It's been like this for a month now. I'm not sure how I got ROCD but I know for certain that I have it. I lost my appetite and I only eat once a day. I drink lots of water which is still good but it's not enough. I only sleep when I feel the need to, once I wake up in the morning I can't nap or else I feel worse. These break-up urges make me sick and like I said, it's usually going on for 2 hours in a day, not all at once but it comes and goes, and I counted at least two hours so far. I feel lonely and I get annoyed by my girlfriend, but deep down I know that I love her and it's just my brain trying to attack me. My girlfriend is very understanding and knows about what I'm going through, she is actually very patient but I'm afraid that I'm damaging our relationship by opening up constantly and asking for reassurance. We actually dont have much of communication, she usually helps me out and suffers in silence, although I wish to help her too, I'm struggling with this mental health thing. I wonder how others have stayed in their relationship after defeating this thing, and I also want to know when it will go away because I know deep down I love this girl.

Was digging a hole in Montreal, Canada and found this rock. Was using a jackhammer and cracked it. Pulled it out and it was this somewhat spherical shape with weird bumps all over. Sanded one of the faces just for fun because I thought it looked cool.
Attracts magnets and is definitely heavier than other rocks of its size.
What is this rock?
