Sorry if this was covered, nothing came up in a search. My hair will not hold color ever since I started Norethindrone. My stylist colors it with permanent color and one wash later it’s lighter and second wash it’s gone. I tried waiting a few days to wash my hair (to allow for better setting), tried heat protectant, tried cold water showers. Nothing has seemed to work and my hair stylist and doctor has never heard of this but the timing is too perfect for it to be a coincidence. What does mustard seed taste like? Particularly on Dhal curry. I only know of the condiment which is slightly spicy (the sourness is from the vinegar). I'm having a hard time trusting my tastebuds right now coz I'm having smell/taste issues.
I recently made dhal curry recently using this recipe. Admittedly, this is my first time attempting dhal (Indian cuisine is my weakness so far) and also first time working with mustard seed.
The final touch is to add mustard seeds, cumin seeds and curry leaves fried in butter on the curry. Unfortunately, it made my curry a bit bitter. Quick google is saying the I might have burned the seeds, but I'm pretty sure my heat wasn't high that it could cause the seeds to overcook. I wasn't sure if adding too much also caused the bitter flavor to be enhanced.

Surprise! It’s because they have SEVERE social anxiety (in my opinion). As someone who also struggles with it, you can tell that they’re constantly overanalyzing every interaction with strangers because they’re afraid to be perceived. So, when they think back to previous interactions for video topics, they are basically nitpicking how they acted (I do this too) and turning their internal monologue on the other person in the interaction for entertainment sake. I feel like this is why they’re so horrible, because it’s a reflection of them and their anxieties. Thanks for reading 😝

i personally am a big fan of partner just because partners can be anything; casual, business, etc. it's a really flexible term and puts both creatures on the same level of authority. for example, gatchmon being haru's partnebuddy, and they both treat each other like friends. or ruli and angoramon, you can feel the power balance in their relationship.
tamer to me while is very much official and intended because digimons are digital monsters that start out as Vpets that needs to be trained/raised, digimons have consciousness and human intelligence that the nickname feels like a bit more 'degrading' than masteapprentice. so tamer to me while is fine feels a bit... off. like they're wild creatures in need of some civilization from humans, which is okay for the official media, i just don't want to use it for wider context.

What is up with the staring some people do, has anyone noticed an increased frequency in staring? Five years ago nobody would dare even look in another person's direction but now some people just stare right at another person the entire ride on the bus or train. Today I sat next to a woman that was getting very uncomfortable with another woman across the aisle staring at her the whole time, her eyes were locked on her. I've had a couple stare at me, one was a kid and kid does that kind of stuff and I moved to another seat and he looked at something else and the other time was when I was talking to my deaf wife, I guess they were curious about sign language but it was an uncomfortable feeling.

TLDR: managing Xin Shalast is a mess and I'm getting sick of it.
Hello everyone! I'm currently running RotR converted to 2e (to level 20) and my party is exploring Xin Shalast! They have already beaten the Hidden Beast and are now in the middle of a fight with Gamigin in Heptaric Locus.
The party is a bit confused about what to do, where to go. They want to be super cautious, they know they're in the lion's den and for the first time in 5 years they are wary and afraid of their enemies. I don't want to ruin that. They know a giant called Gyukak could help (they just don't want to look anywhere near the encampment, for obvious reasons: hundreds of giants), they know there's a protection of some sort near the citadel, that's it. (Also, in my game sihedron rings also provide Lashunta's Life Bubble because reasons).
Me, I'm not good at multitasking, or at planning super elaborate stuff. Work is taking a lot out of me recently and sessions have started to become rarer and far between, and, honestly, Xin-Shalast is starting to feel like a drag. I don't want to run random encounter after random encounter, as our sessions are rarely longer than a few hours.
I am just at loss on what to do, how to organise it all etc. and keeping the exploration going with an exciting pace. On top of this, I have a huge issue with loot: quite evidently, I have no guidelines on what to give them at this point AND they have no means to craft in XS, meaning: powerful runes are wasted on them and no way to change their (old by now) runeforged weapons.
This is one long rant, and a call for help. I have one day left home sick from work and I might just use it to fix this hell. If you want to help me, I'd be forever grateful.
