Hey guys, looking for perspective/experiences with low iron/iron infusions during pregnancy.
My ferritin keeps dropping even though I’m taking ferrograd c. My dr told me their clinic doesn’t like to suggest iron infusions for pregnant women because of possible side effects….
Mind you, this Dr told me my iron was “fine” when my ferritin levels were 35 (the “normal” range is 30-200). I started taking ferrograd c on my own accord between receiving the results and speaking with her, as I ended up with low iron in my first pregnancy and wanted to be proactive. She told me it wasn’t necessary to take them but couldn’t hurt 🥴
Since taking 1 ferrograd c daily my ferritin has dropped again to 30. The dr told me I could take 1 tablet twice a day, which is really difficult because it needs to be taken on an empty stomach and I have other meds it needs to be spaced out from. She said I couldn’t take 2 pills at the same time because they wouldn’t all absorb? When I had low iron in my first pregnancy my GP at the time had me taking 2 ferrograd c in the evenings?
She told me I should increase my red meat intake. I don’t like red meat at the best of times and only eat it once a week. I have a strong aversion during pregnancy and this isn’t going to work for me.
I’ve moved 35 minutes across town since my last pregnancy so can’t see my old GP unfortunately. Can’t really find a new GP, especially at this time of year.
I’m 28 weeks on Sunday and she doesn’t want me to check iron levels again for another 4 weeks, putting me at 32 weeks. I’m concerned that I’m running out of time to get my levels in check!

I have descriptions that give hints on how to solve 3 AP Physics C mechanics problems, but I don't know which problems they apply to besides the fact they are from previous exams.

1) a. This is a standard statics problem. In order to receive full points you need to show a
complete statics analysis.
d. This is quite confusing. Remember that analyzing the standard FBD will tell you the
acceleration of the center of mass. So you draw the FBD right after the thread is cut, and
then set up a force equation, using the acceleration of the center of mass that you
answered in c).
e. If you tried to use acceleration/kinematics that would be a dead end, because the
acceleration changes as the rod rotates, as is the case for all pendulum scenarios. This
is an Energy problem. You do need to be careful where theta is; remember that the rod
starts horizontal, so when it has swung an angle theta that would be the angle down
from horizontal. This is important to calculate Ug correctly.
2) A FBD could help in understanding exactly what is happening in this problem. (If you
chose not to draw an FBD, then there is your first mistake.) The key to understanding
this question is that it is asking about when the ball is “Rolling with slipping”, i.e. not
purely rolling yet. This means the translation and rotation are not synced. The ball’s
translation and the ball’s rotation are independent of each other.
a) You need to analyze this FBD from a translation perspective.
b) You need to analyze this FBD from a rotation perspective.
c) This is asking how long it takes for the ball to meet the pure rolling condition.
3) a. Remember that a hoop has exactly the same Rotational Mass as a Point mass. You
should know how to add fractions to simplify your answer.
b,c,d. This is a standard Atwood Machine problem. This is an exact copy of #67 from the
Rotation book problems. Remember that with Atwood machines, Tension is never the
same as the hanging mass’ gravity if it is accelerating.
e. A cat is a point mass moving in a straight line. Think about what formula you need to
use to find angular momentum of a point mass, and what value you use for r

hello, pa rant lang ako kasi sobrang sama lang ng loob ko. 1 week palang akong walang work. Nag start ako magkaroon ng work waiting pa ako sa graduation kaya walang pahinga, sobrang na stress din ako sa work ko kaya nag resign ako. 5 months lang tinagal ko sa first job ko kasi sobrang di na sya worth it for me and ang layo din ng byahe ko minsan inaabot ng 2-3 hrs.
Nung nag resign ako wala pang 1 day gusto na agad ng papa ko na maghanap ako ng work sabi ko baka pwede mag pahinga muna ako tsaka mag hanap ng work. Pero ito na nga 1 week na akong tambay kung ano ano na naririnig ko sa papa ko. Yung feeling na parang wala akong naibibigay sa kanila or naitutulong. Nag bibigay naman ako sa kanila. Ang sama lang ng loob ko kasi gusto ko lang naman pag isipan kung anong work ba ang gusto ko and gusto ko lang ipahinga muna yung self ko kasi wala nga akong pahinga pero parang makapag salita sakin kala mo wala akong naitutulong sa kanya. Si papa lang masyadong gusto ako maghanap ng work kasi ayaw na nya mag work haha akala nya daw pag nakatapos ako di na sya mag wowork eh may isa pa syang anak gusto nya ata ako na palagi gagastos sa bahay.

Tried to go to a CA meeting down the street since it's so close and it wasn't open (I remember saying they were definitely meeting on thanksgiving).
On the way home I stupidly drove by the liquor store 2 blocks away since everything else was closed.
Since it's thanksgiving I couldn't find anyone to hang out. I did the family thing at 2 pm and had an easy time not drinking.
Now I'm home and accomplished today making it to the gym about 20 days in a row and have the house spotless. It would be sooo easy to go by a few shooters right now and no one would find out.
I feel like last thanksgiving I messed up a long stint of sobriety too. I've had an easy time so far but the holidays really really suck right now. I'd rather be at work or anything instead of home alone...

I don't think enough people are talking about how absolutely batshit insane the new thrill of the hunt buffs are. For those that didn't see the patch notes thrill of the hunt is going up from 10% per totem to 14%.
Without thrill of the hunt it takes 14 seconds to cleanse a totem
With current thrill of the hunt at full stacks, so your first totem being cleansed, it takes 28 seconds due to the -50% penalty, and your second totem takes 23 seconds from the -40% penalty.
With the upcoming thrill of the hunt buffs your first totem being cleansed takes 47 SECONDS, cleansing the first thrill totem will be literally half a generator. Your second totem will take 31 seconds.
Running hex builds with thrill is going to be absolutely insane. Especially with perks like Blood Favor, Ruin, or Devour Hope that can win games just on their own by being up.
This also means that if your Thrill of the Hunt is not cleansed, Hex: Face the Darkness is uncleansable while you are not in the killers terror radius since you will scream every 25 seconds which is shorter than the cleansing time.
This also means pentimento is going to become even more of an insane perk despite the perk having a 70> % kill rate on most killers that are decent with hex builds.
I honestly wouldn't be surprised if these go through we see devour hope as an extremely meta perk with thrill and dominance since that is also getting buffed with builds completely built around keeping your devour stacks.
