Yo, I’ve been wondering—do most of us gamble, or is it just one of those things that feels bigger than it is? Like, yeah, sports betting, online poker, or those casino apps are everywhere now, but is everyone actually doing it, or is it just the loudest ones making it seem like a thing? Lowkey feels like half the people I know are throwing money at parlays or playing slots on their phones during class or work. But then there are folks who are all like, “Nah, I don’t mess with that.”

I am an M-Day officer (CPT) that is trying to get to the Special Forces Qualification Course at Fort Liberty (I want to stay NG). I am dating an Active Duty Officer (2LT) and am wondering if we got married and once I got PCS orders to Liberty if we’d fall under MACP and she’d be able to PCS to Liberty from her current duty station? My understanding so far is that if I were on Title 32 orders the answer would be no, but if I was on Title 10 orders then yes? Would Title 10 orders be possible in my case? Thank you.

2024.11.29 05:50 Glass-Estate-5950 Just lost our girl on thanksgiving
Just need to vent a bit. Our dog Maple was diagnosed with cancer about 4 months ago. She was on pain medication and seemed to be doing well. She was in pretty high spirits up until this morning when she could barely get out of bed to go pee. We had to pick her up just to get her outside and she wasn’t eating or drinking anything either. We were going to wait out the night and bring her in to the vet tomorrow, but tonight she started breathing very heavy and it seemed like she was trying to get away from us. A couple of minutes later her breathing slowed and she passed away surrounded by her family. I’m still in shock from how fast it happened and I can’t believe she’s really gone. She was a kind and loving dog and I’m so grateful that we had the chance to be her family. Not a great way to end thanksgiving, but I am thankful that we got to be there in her last moments.

For context, I go to a catholic high school (unwillingly), where I’m required to take a theology class each year. The class is counted as a normal class in gpa points and is apart of my gpa and transcript that the school shows me on my report cards. Will colleges see this and completely disregard those classes and remove the points from them from my whole gpa? Will they just see those as useless classes? I also never plan on going to ANY kind of christian/catholic college.
Sorry if that was a little confusing, wasn’t sure exactly how to word most of it but hopefully my question is getting across!
