I've never bought a pair of boots and know very little about boots, but I went to a vintage store recently and saw these boots and thought they looked really nice. The shape and design got me but they were $75 cuz of a dog bite near the top, are they too ruffed up to be worth 75? (Forgot to take other pics of the brand or other angles sorry)

 | Reach Fujin on the 27/10/24 Data from when i reach Fujin Reaching Fujin with Reina, my one and only main character for my first tekken, i took a small break but still play a bit on quick play to hone my skill. I knew my defense skill and my wake up option were bad so i tried to learn by myself how to defend thought i haven't seen a good explanation for wake up option. I also felt that after reaching Fujin, all the 50/50 situation that i'm either in the offense or defense role have been all failure. Even with that i still felt like playing ranked after some week of training in quick play, damn should have just kept my Fujin rank. I tried side stepping but it's a really weird science. I tried to wait for the counter hit opportunity but it feels like you cannot wait for the opponent to stop spamming. Getting hit by Rage art while being in HW stance with heat have also been one of a weakness. I feel like i cannot put presure when the opponent is in Rage because they will alway do there Rage art while when i do it i'm alway in negative frame and they get the win out of it. I'm not sure if it's really bad luck or does my opponent read me like a book. Replay mode haven't gave me answer from my point of view. Do i really have to learn every character move with there frame to enjoy the game? I'm not aiming for tekken god of destruction but it would have been nice to reach Raijin i think but seing how i lost so much point i don't think it's worth my sanity. At first i thought i wanted to be higher rank than Lillypichu since she beat Harada but after reaching Flame Ruler i had a succesful run that got me into Fujin. Maybe i got pretty lucky and my skill ain't what Fujin represent me. Sorry for the big Rant, wanted to mix a rant and progress post. I'm so sorry - rant and advice needed. I just needed to get this off of my chest.
I am 36 weeks pregnant with my first child. I am also the only child of an Nmum. Sadly my father died a few years ago, he was a narc in his own way (absent from my childhood, only worked as the provider and spent no time with us) but he was the buffer and voice of reason when it was needed.
I am just hoping for some advice for the post partum period? I am more stressed about my mums upcoming visit with us than I am about being a newborn parent at this stage! She lives on the other side of the country and won't be able to drop in unannounced (thank God!) but will be staying with us 3 months after birth for a few weeks.
Some doozies I've been graced with this pregnancy so far;
- I am very insecure about my pregnant body (history of ED, mum always shaming my weight/appearance). As a result, I have worn baggy clothes for most of the pregnancy. The ONLY person to have seen my naked stomach is my husband. My mum cried on the phone accusing me of leaving her out of the pregnancy when I refused to send photos of my stomach/video call with her. Rarher than accepting this, she cried that she is MY MOTHER and gave birth to me so that automatically means she has rights to seeing my pregnant body. That my dad didn't take enough photos of her pregnancy so she wants to experience mine.
- accused me of faking my pregnancy after I refused to video call with her. She said "I don't know, maybe you are going to adopt and just faking this whole thing because I haven't seen you????". Wtf 🥲
- demanded she would be at the birth when I announced my pregnancy. When I shut that down immediately, she said "but IM THE GRANDMOTHER".
- told her to get the whooping cough vaccine, no perfumes and would not be allowed to smoke when she came over to visit. This includes outside. She is not to bring a pack with her. This is when she blew up and told me a few choice lines:
- "you're being hysterical"
- "I suppose next you're going to tell me I can't even BREATHE around the baby because everything I do is wrong"
- how about I just dont even bother coming"
- "you're acting like you're the centre of the world"
- "do you think you're the first person in the world to have a baby"
- "You're overreacting,you turned out fine!"
- lastly, she is feeling sad that she won't be here for Christmas when baby is due. She has been offered to spend Xmas with a few friends but is declining. She has instead said "I will just spend Xmas alone and waiting by the phone for you to call me and tell me when you have given birth" 🫠💀
Idk anyone who has been through something similar, please provide wisdom 🥲

Got my 2017 Fit (lovingly dubbed "the Grape") with seven (7️⃣!!!) miles on her at the beginning of March 2017.
Wednesday morning, I was stopped and another driver hit me as he was making a left turn. In the moment, I thought that it was barely a scratch on my car, but when I got out, I noticed the radiator sizzling and smoking. Airbag deployed. 😖
My car just turned 51,292 miles. Insurance told me today that they want to total my car because the airbag deployed. And, in mid-October, I just got four brand new tires.😤🤬🤯I will relay all of this in writing to them (along with pictures, receipts, etc).
The Grape got me safely out of Paradise, California in the 2018 Camp Fire. She literally carried my family and I to safety as flames violently blazed and embers sporadically gave rise to new mini spot fires in the dry surrounding brush. In the nearly two-hour 10 mile drive I had to Chico, I fully anticipated that my mom, dog, cat and I would be incinerated alive in the Grape. The Grape kept us safe. I'll always be thankful to her for that. I'll always be thankful to her for keeping me safe on Wednesday, too.
Sorry for the sentimental diatribe. I hope they will reconsider the stupidity of totaling.

I should’ve expected a 27 year old car to give me some headaches..
I’m looking for an exact OEM radiator recommendation for a 1997 with an M52B28. I bought a Nissens off of Rock Auto, which apparently was thicker than the stock, and it caused the viscous fan to hit the shroud which thankfully didn’t do any damage besides denting the brand new radiator. I want to avoid spending $$$ on a genuine BMW rad, and after kicking the tires on a FDM modification I just realized throwing a thinner rad with the fan would be simpler than any SPAL fan, lower aux fan switch, or a lower temp thermostat. Has anyone encountered this problem before and found a solid radiator for a good price?
I see some other radiators on rockauto with a smaller core thickness but I’m iffy on no names. I still figure a new radiator once every few years at $100 will still save me money in the long run compared to a $500 all aluminum or BMW rad from fcpeuro.
