You were all hat and no cattle, perhaps. So walk the walk, not talk the talk. Sometimes that's all the person who left you needs to experience. You had an awesome attitude for life and love when they met you, right? you certainly were not crybabying it up on a subReddit on Reddit. For them, to feel that you're willing to listen and hear them about why they left you sometimes is ALL they wanted. Some people really ARE like that meaning : that they broke up with you out of desperation. They could not see ( at the time) going on with you if their needs weren't being met, and because they didn't know how to tell you that. Not everyone has stellar communication skills like yours and mine, lol. You may have not picked up on their needs because you believed that if you were psyched with them , then so were they with you. (You forgot to check in with them, and you gotta do that frequently) After a time, they could see that you really would correct the things that upset them if given a chance to, and, in your doing so, they'd be more than willing to admit their part in the break-up. It HAPPENS. It happened that way for me. They hadn't wanted to break things off, but felt they had To them , I wasn't hearing them at all. I was not listening to them nor picking up on what they needed from me. I was too busy being ecstatic with how they treated me to notice that I was not doing my part. While I never took advantage of them, I took them for granted, and surely that is just as bad, and lazy of me. It took a lot of them watching me closely to see that I now definitely was listening, and wanted to correct some behaviors. I stopped talking the talk . In doing so, he could see I now was walking the walk. How many relationships have suffered because of lack of communication?? Too many. So you see, not all dumpers (there has to be better word!) are stoked to have gotten rid of you, not at all.! The ones that truly love you, (yet are not great at imparting what is bothering them, Argg!) want things to end. Nope. A lot are missing the holy Hell out of you. If you want them back, do what you can to show them that you're willing to go to any lengths for them (within reason) show them that you're NOT all hat and no cattle. Do it for you, anyway. Don't stay stuck in the land of distraught , Un-sent letters. Start making amends right this second. Tomorrow isn't guaranteed. Leave your big fat, butthurt ego at the door, too. They broke it off for a reason it WAS partially you. People do come back. There is hope, after all.

Tampa family! We lived there from 2016-2020 and didn’t give home insurance a second thought as it seemed normal. All we are reading from Colorado is that home insurance is upwards of $11K per year if…if you can find anyone to insure you. Is this true? Is this just coastal areas? Waterfront only?
Crazy to think it is nearly out of reach to live there now.

This might sound weird, but on and off for years now, I've had this occasional dream in which Dead Space 4 is released years from now.
It vaguely ends up taking place many years after Dead Space 3, wherein technology has advanced somewhat. It features a whole new cast of characters who have to fight a new Necromorph threat, with more advanced weapons and tech. I always envision it being faster and more intense than the Dead Space we know, but it still ends up being very dark and creepy in parts.
Can anyone recommend some horror games that capture this vibe? Preferably third-person, but it doesn't have to be.

As someone who actively studies Psychology for games and people, i had this scary thought that if PoE 2 is as good as it's hype is, it will spill the end for PoE 1 EVEN if the developers keep giving it S tier expansions, the reason behind this is "Redirection of Growth" by newcomers who never played PoE before.
The idea revolves around someone who wants to try Path of Exile for the first time, they are VERY likely to jump straight into PoE 2 as why would chose the "old" over "new" ?? this simplistic thought process bypasses the difference of intention behind the design of each game and someone who comes from PoE 2 to the fast based PoE 1 for the first time would feel that PoE 1 is the "easy version" due to it's "faster playstyle" since their standards were already placed at PoE 2 levels.
Basically The Release of PoE 2 is a ticking Time bomb for PoE 1, although there is hope as people who already played PoE 1 for years before the release of PoE 2 will keep coming back to the game every time it gets a new update, it's just that i can't see GGG giving it more than 2 expansions per year at best.
