Hey there.
I’m renting my first place by myself (38F). The rental agency had a lock box on the front door knob, which made sense to show future tenants the house.
After I signed the lease and got the keys, I reached out asking when they would remove the lock box. They said they don’t. They leave it on so their contractors can access the house in case of emergency. But also said except for an emergency they would give 48 hrs notice.
I hate the lock box because a) it’s ugly af. And b) it feels incredibly unsafe, since it is an older model, could be broken into easily, and anyone (angry ex, etc) could get the key.
What are my options here? I asked if they could move it to a less obvious location and they just said “no, we don’t move them.”

Let me explain. I’ve been struggling with severe health issues this year! I’ve had two brain surgeries and mountains of treatments. I’m finally ready to go back to work! I’m really excited. I’m always extremely supportive of his career! He’s a firefighteparamedic. He was revelry promoted. I helped him study for his promotion even two days post brain surgery I man cmon! So I got a new job teaching. It’s a part time preschool position but I am really excited! It’s three days a week. I start Monday. We were talking about it and I mentioned how I need to shop for things to pack my lunch for work and he was like what?! Work??? He said you start work on Monday? Since when? He said I knew you got a job and it was Monday but didn’t know it was this Monday. And then he asked what my schedule was? I don’t get it? I can help him study two days after have my skull and brain cut into but he can’t bother to remember my part time job? wtf?

I’m loving my little veggie patch, I have a mix of tomato’s, chilli’s, snow peas, radish and cucumbers. The only issue is they’re all getting overrun with little caterpillars and most leaves have tiny holes. What’s a natural way to deal with this / or is it totally fine to leave as is?
