I want to write something, it doesn't have to have a time limit. I just want to be creative. Here it is:
CHAPTER 1
“Wake up Little Fairy, it’s the big day!”
I woke up, lying down on soft grass, head aching with pulses of pain.
Where the hell am I?
My head cleared of the cobwebs of unconsciousness. The pain permeated my body, horrible and potent. Well, that was the end of my question. I let out a groan of suffering, it was coming from my left shoulder.
My ears heard voices but my brain didn’t listen to them, why would it? It had far more important things to do, namely, making sure I didn’t make any more weird noises.
I opened my eyes to at once be blinded, the sun scorching them. But a few seconds later a shape blocked it out. I couldn’t see them properly because my gaze was still blurry, also because the sun was right behind the mystery person; turning them into an outline.
More shapes crowded my vision. Too close. They were too close.
“Give her space,” A commanding voice spoke with such authority that I tried to sit up and back away.
Well, that didn’t help at all. I fell back down with a startled gasp of pain.
All the shapes retreated from me, and I chose to believe they were human, I don’t think my head would survive anymore confusion right now. A slightly taller shape came into view, not as close as the ones before, so it didn’t block the sun. “Can you talk?” it said.
Surprising myself, I managed to get out a ragged, “Yes.” My eyes still wouldn’t focus on anything besides trying to see something that wasn’t the sun.
“Then get up,”
I blinked, slightly surprised by their bluntness. The shock finally cleared my head. I obliged, I knew not moving just made it harder for everyone, despite the pain.
My arm was hurting like hell so, I decided to use my other arm (wow, who would have thought of that). I used my un-wounded arm to push myself up. But my god did it hurt.
“That’s it, you got this” the person was helping me up now, careful to not touch my hurt arm. I could now tell she was a woman, and despite the gentleness that now lightly laced her tone, that didn’t make them any less intimidating.
I was on my knees now, and I could finally see properly. I was in a field; the grass was so green it hurt. I finally looked at my arm. Oh my god… there was a giant gash along my left shoulder, and my entire arm and part of my shirt was soaked in blood, how I wasn’t writhing in pain on the grass… I don’t know- ah, yes, adrenaline. I think I might have a new favorite thing.
I tore my gaze from my ruined arm to the woman who was helping me, she had black skin and a stern face, with dark brown eyes. The woman was wearing a uniform, like what you would see on a commanding general, and she had medals on her lapel too. She hauled me to my feet and kept me upright with a hand around my waist. “What’s your name?” the woman asked.
It took a second for me to respond because I was too busy looking at the other people gathered around us, they were all fascinating, the weirdest combo of features, one I think was the first person I saw had silver hair and amber eyes.
“Fern-“ was all I got out before falling into a coughing fit. “OK Fern, I’m General Nord. Where did you come from?” I ignored the name situation and thought about where I had been before waking up, but there was nothing, no memory of family or a home, my entire memory was just blank. My eyes widened, “I-I don’t remember, I don’t remember anything,” I was starting to panic.
And then, because the universe had “perfect” timing, I promptly passed out.

Question about fixing a Mac Mini switch wire Hello guys. I’m taking a spare M2 Mac mini, and putting it inside a G4 cube, and I ran into a problem. The wire that moves from the motherboard to the switch broke, and I need to repair it, or find some kind of other switch. My question is, does anyone know what kind of wire will be inside ? I assume it has to be two different wires at least, obviously very small, and I can melt the casing and hopefully repair the wires. Has anyone ever worked with this wire? Do you have any ideas about what other kind of switch I could hook up? The switch wire will go through a hole in the back of the G4 cube so I can turn the machine on.

Any ideas on how to get out the guest account in order to reroll? I'm using Google Play via PC. I tried clearing the cache using the button that shows up on the upper left when the game first starts and it ended up redownloading everything but still under the guest account. I also tried changing the google ad ID.
I have an android device if there's a way to get out of a guest account from there.

HVB replacement. ‘23 MY (16k miles) was acting funny few days prior to getting a HVB needing service message. I noticed the range was noticeably low and twice the car would go into drive? Went into the service menu which states HBV needs replacement. Super bummer. Staying positive since it’s covered under warranty. But I was wondering if anything I did could have caused this. I strictly charge level 2 at home.
