While helping a other tech clean up a case, I was pulling the trash bag out and a metal item used during that case (that I personally always throw in the sharps) was in the bag and cut my arm on the way out. It broke the skin and bled a very tiny bit.
I’m trying to get them to draw blood just in case and no one seems to care about this?? It wasn’t bloody but was on the bloody field and touched with dirty gloves. I’m worried.

I'm from Pakistan, and I’m getting married in Bangladesh in 2 months. The wedding will be in Rajshahi with around 100 guests. The ceremony and food will both take place at our home, so we won’t be booking any halls.
For the wedding, I’m planning to get 2 tolas of gold and a wedding ring.
I have a budget of $10k, and I’ve already set aside $3k for both of our return tickets.
$7k remaining for everything.

Hi team, had my first psych appointment today and am left feeling a bit confused.
He was 15 minutes late, the appointment only took 20 minutes, he hadn’t read the assessment report I paid $1,100 to have done, asked me a few random questions about what my parents did for work and how long I’ve been with my partner and what medication I’m currently on, then gave me a script for methylphenidate, told me not to drink or do drugs and said see you in two months.
Is this normal? I’ve never had such hands off care before, and I’m a bit shell shocked.

I’d love to hear from you if KOT helped you and you were starting from a place of being overweight and out of shape.
I had a triple ankle fracture a year ago, have put on a lot of weight. Have lost a lot of mobility. Pain in my knees and low back now worse than in my ankle, which is recovering well.
I see a lot of athletes using KOT to improve performance and heal pain, but what about a regular, middle-aged fat lady?
(I know I need to take the weight off and am working on that through diet, but I’d love to add movement and thought the zero program might be a good way to start to get active again.)
Any experience, strength, or hope to share with me?

I finally got my hands on the Silent Hill 2 remake for PS5 today (about time, right?), but I'm hitting a major snag—my console won’t read the disc. I’ve tested other game discs and even movies, and they all work perfectly, so it’s definitely something with Silent Hill 2. I’ve heard rumors about an update causing issues, so maybe it’s related? To rule out a faulty disc, I went back to Walmart, exchanged it for a fresh, sealed copy, and... same problem. 😭😭😭 Could it be some weird compatibility issue or a defect with this batch of discs? Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, I’m desperate for answers!

When I accelerate it’s taking longer and there’s a rumbling rattling noise. Sometimes it’s a mellow tone but more recently it sounds like a deeper sound. When idle it sounds like a go kart.

I have an old Arduino setup that I pulled out this week to test some code. It has a v1.1 Seeed bluetooth shield, from about 10 years ago that would not connect.
After trying several pieces of code, I finally found some older code on Seeed's github page that worked and changed the baudrate to 9600. Runs like a champ!
