Hi team, had my first psych appointment today and am left feeling a bit confused.
He was 15 minutes late, the appointment only took 20 minutes, he hadn’t read the assessment report I paid $1,100 to have done, asked me a few random questions about what my parents did for work and how long I’ve been with my partner and what medication I’m currently on, then gave me a script for methylphenidate, told me not to drink or do drugs and said see you in two months.
Is this normal? I’ve never had such hands off care before, and I’m a bit shell shocked.

I’d love to hear from you if KOT helped you and you were starting from a place of being overweight and out of shape.
I had a triple ankle fracture a year ago, have put on a lot of weight. Have lost a lot of mobility. Pain in my knees and low back now worse than in my ankle, which is recovering well.
I see a lot of athletes using KOT to improve performance and heal pain, but what about a regular, middle-aged fat lady?
(I know I need to take the weight off and am working on that through diet, but I’d love to add movement and thought the zero program might be a good way to start to get active again.)
Any experience, strength, or hope to share with me?

I finally got my hands on the Silent Hill 2 remake for PS5 today (about time, right?), but I'm hitting a major snag—my console won’t read the disc. I’ve tested other game discs and even movies, and they all work perfectly, so it’s definitely something with Silent Hill 2. I’ve heard rumors about an update causing issues, so maybe it’s related? To rule out a faulty disc, I went back to Walmart, exchanged it for a fresh, sealed copy, and... same problem. 😭😭😭 Could it be some weird compatibility issue or a defect with this batch of discs? Please, if anyone knows how to fix this, I’m desperate for answers!

When I accelerate it’s taking longer and there’s a rumbling rattling noise. Sometimes it’s a mellow tone but more recently it sounds like a deeper sound. When idle it sounds like a go kart.

I have an old Arduino setup that I pulled out this week to test some code. It has a v1.1 Seeed bluetooth shield, from about 10 years ago that would not connect.
After trying several pieces of code, I finally found some older code on Seeed's github page that worked and changed the baudrate to 9600. Runs like a champ!

Hi all, in bit of a unique spot so hopefully someone can help. Im a junior college transfer in CA. Looking to get out asap, so I applied where I could for the spring semester (ex UNR). But I also did the UC apps, which are only for the fall. My question is this, I'll find out about the spring schools in Decembewinter, and won't hear from the UCs until spring. What if I get into both, how would that work? I'd have to start at a university before I even hear back from the UCs, so if I end up getting into a UC I really like for the fall what happens, do I drop out immediately, can I stay the whole spring, am I banned from the UC because I chose somewhere else already?
