It sounds stupid I know haha, I was looking at a Black Friday sale to get one for $600AUD instead of $800
To make the purchase more worth it what games are worth playing to help justify my purchase? I prefer story games but if something is amazing as is without being story then sure, suggest it.
Is this all just stupid? Should I just get a second hand standard PS5, do I get the console plus the game then play it and resell it. Do I just wait for it to come out on PC? I did with the first one but it was terrible haha.

For two months, my left breast has been swollen, warmer and in severe pain. The side of my left breast near my lymph nodes gives me throbbing pain and the nipple pain I have is shooting and very tender. I had a regular mammogram back in September and concluded no masses but I did have dense breast tissue. I also have breast implants so I’m not sure if imaging can truly recognize what’s going on. The pain has progressively gotten worse. No other symptoms other than fatigue. I’m scheduled for a diagnostic mammogram and an ultrasound next week. I’m a wreck.

Hi all. I will try to keep this brief. I started having symptoms in 2017, and they keep getting worse. I don't have an official diagnosis yet, but I'm 98% sure it's me/cfs.
Here's what I know so far. I have general depression and anxiety that are under control long term with meds. I had low levels of vitamins D & B, but supplements helped. Thyroid and iron levels are fine. Negative for infections and pernicious anemia. Negative chest x-ray. Sleep study scheduled for January.
I tested positive for ANA and RF, so I was referred to a rheumatologist. He suspects lupus, although it doesn't cover all my symptoms. He prescribed two weeks of Prednisone, 3 months of Hydroxychloroquine, and said we'll go from there.
Does anyone with cfs have experience with these meds or with autoimmune disorders? Any advice?

Info: Female 26 5’5” SW: ~160, weighed in at 157 today (28-30%BF) GW: ~135 (20ish%BF)
Calculated TDEE (sedentary): 1760cal Calculated BMR: 1466cal
I feel that eating 1200cal is a bit too restrictive for me at this moment, but I would like to reach my goals within 3-6months…preferably 3 because who doesn’t want instant gratification.
So I’ve planned to eat 1400-1500cal per day and try to burn 500-700 calories through cardio, strength training, and outdoor activities like tennis. Scientifically this makes sense to me, burning more calories than I usually do should move me in the right direction. I’m just wondering if anyone else does it this way. Would I be able to lose 2 pounds a week without cutting to 1200cal?
I know if you lose too fast/eat too little your body starts using your muscle for fuel…but does eating a high protein diet and strength training combat that?

Another reason the MAGA shit annoys me is Mike not having leverage to be able to push back on it — makes it all borderline unlistenable. He would never put up with it if he wasn’t absolutely desperate for Josh’s services and had any options. I’m hanging on by a thread. Strange when this happens to something that’s been part of your life for almost two decades
