The title is mostly self-explanatory, but the inspiration for this post was me dabbling with each of the mage specs on my alt and curious what mage mains have been gravitating to.
Personally, as a longtime DK main I’m grateful that Blizzard cleaned up the opening ramp for Unholy’s rotation - the spec as a whole has felt much smoother to play this expansion as a result!

I walked away from a deal last month. German (purely) sports car brand, had a poor experience getting it inspected. Car sold by dealership of same manufacturer. 9yr old vehicle, not CPO. Main things I needed to know / check (for any used car) is the maintenance/collision documents and visual of underbody (with shrouds removed esp engine area). Dealership declined me being under the hoist which I understand. They offered picture / video but they were poorly taken - showed mostly just shrouds (which I can see already sticking my head under the car outdoors). Video was quick, poorly lit, mainly focused on shrouds. No possible-oil-leak locations were in the photos, they didn't use flashlight. And then they say "this is _______" we have a reputation to uphold and wouldn't hide anything... ... So they won't disclose a visual, and try to sell their reputation. I walked.
My question is: has anyone been successful at getting a visual of the underside of a possible purchase from this manufacturer? They're infamous for oil leaks or so I've heard.

So I found the issue with the ipv6 and have resolved it but still missing a bunch of servers but I have figured that out and Im hoping the changes will show up in the next update. So you wont have to wait I did a new run and the number of books has increased considerably.

2024.11.30 02:49 livinthedreamzz Thanksgiving blowup. I need help knowing if I’m wrong, tips on how to handle relationships moving forward.
Let me star out by saying I normally do not let my in-laws know when they’ve upset me. I’ll talk to my husband or a sister about it but never them.
This thanksgiving I lost my control. Dynamics off the charts awkward now. Still in their house for another day and a half.
My in-laws moved from Miami to Vermont a few months ago. They insist on having thanksgiving at their house every year, it’s their thing, we have gone to their place for thanksgiving since we got engaged. So this year they kept the tradition by expecting/inviting us to thanksgiving this year in Vermont.
We buy our plane tickets, we just ask to be picked up from the airport which is an hour an half from the house they bought which is in a semi remote area because they didn’t want to have to see their neighbors. Both my husband and I have lived in Florida our whole lives so we can’t drive in the snow or ice safely. They swear up and down they will get us from the airport. I look up Vermont weather that time of year and start to express concern that roads could be icy.
Day before thanksgiving there is a snow storm coming through. I’m wondering if we should cancel. Moving the flight to next day is too much money. The in laws immediately tell us to get a ride with the other relatives. Those relatives cancel their trip. Husband and in-laws decide we are still going to go. They promise they will come get us.
We land, they were promising to get us before our flight took off. My brother in law who is already there inserts himself on all the calls. We land, my brother in law sends a text that I can only paraphrase but it literally starts off “analysis: you will take an uber because…..” then an analysis like a robot that explains why the driveway is too slippery and our only option is to uber because it isn’t safe for them to drive. Literally so robotic I was speechless. We try to call an uber for 30 mins, no one will take the drive in storm from Albany to Vermont. Because of course they won’t. The in laws and brother in law are trying to find the cheapest uber and send one. Driver gets here and in the car he goes Vermont? I had no idea that was the ride, this is a Camry! He wants to cancel and instead decides to drive us anyway which is wild. We are freaking out that this isn’t safe. My in laws/brother in law let us know we have to walk in the snow the last mile because it’s a private unplowed road. We drive the hour and a half. The Camry can’t make it on the last 15 mins of. Trip. We get out and walk and carry luggage. In laws we’re bringing us winter coats in car since we don’t have any. So we are COLD. We are going up a mountain in 8 inches snow on foot. We reach the last 1/2 mile and we call begging them to take the car the last bit to get us. They won’t, not comfortable driving, brother in law not comfortable driving. We keep going. We are about there, they come out with coats and come towards us.
I lose it. It’s just the mother in law and father in law with the coats. They are all omg oh, do you want this coat omg. I look them individually in the eyes and say as they come to hand me coat “don’t touch me” “literally don’t touch me” We reach the house drenched in snow, brother in law opens door smiling and waving and I look at him with a death glare and say “this is your fault.” BIL is sooo pissed at me and leaves room. Father in law tries to hug me, I am like no m’aaaaam. I go to the room we are staying in and need to get out of wet frozen clothes. I am so livid I stay there to calm down for an hour and a half. Husband goes out to socialize to try to smooth it out. Things are so awkward now, I’m trying to be nice. Next day they decide want to drive into town for some fun, so we are piling into their car to head out - in the kitchen on the way out I look at the BIL and say “guess today passed the analysis”. BIL is sooo mad at me.
Things are weird. Am I a jerk? There’s a lot these three have done to upset me in the past, so there is build up. But am I basically a b word?
