Ok so I’m a CCA with a hold down on a vacant route, and today the float knocked me off my hold and I did a separate route. Tomorrow I need to leave early due to a previous commitment, and today we got the circulars in. However, when I got back to the office I saw the float didn’t take my circulars so I now have to do them tomorrow while being under the gun. Additionally, they took out all my rubber bands and buckets I had in the truck that I’ve been using, so I’m gonna have to put them back in the morning.
I know it’s not my route, but genuine question: am I entitled to any respect as a CCA with a hold down on a vacant route? The float is a regular with more seniority than me, but come on, I do this route and use this truck almost every day of the week.

Hi there. I’ve (32F) had a bit of a rough go when it comes to life the last few years, and I think I’ve been doing a pretty good job (thanks therapy) at coping with where I’m at right now versus where I’d like to be.
For some brief context I lost my job, had to move across the country for another one, I am now no-contact with my family, and I don’t really have any close friends (always been a sore spot for me… I really struggle to connect with other people despite my best efforts). I spend most of my time alone, either working or at the gym. I find exercise has really helped me with my mental health. I also have started some new things recently, including psychedelic assisted therapy, which has opened my heart and my mind to new possibilities. Life really is messy and wild, and it’s also so amazing.
Anyways, I feel as though I’m in a place where the whirlwind of this last year or so has started to settle (I hope!), and I am feeling the itch to take some time to assess where I am (good and not so good), where I’d like to be, and what it is I really want out of life. As I get older I realize that our purpose is not to just work ourselves to death and I think I could use some refocusing.
My question - for those of you who have done similar soul searching, refocusing, or goal setting for your own life, were there any tools (thought experiments, worksheets/prompts, resources/reference, or other) that were helpful to you in gaining a newfound sense of direction for your life when you may have felt a little lost?
Any thoughts and suggestions are welcome. Thank you!

I've been using a pair of Sony 1000-xm4 wireless headphones and plugging them into my PC for gaming for about 4 years.
Got the itch to try a more premium headphone. I have a rode microphone so I don't need a mic built in.
But the truth is I may need a dac/amp.
I chose the r70x because it was neutral and would have what I've understood as a more accurate/true sound. But people have said it may need the extra power.
Can I get something workable under $100? Or at the maximum, $150? It's only going to be hooked into my PC.

2024.11.30 03:48 Former_Weekend_2881 Loose steering wheel after flat
I got a flat tire (2020 Passat) last week. Pulled over probs 2 minutes after it happened. The rim itself is fine. I still have the temporary on at the moment. Would have fixed sooner but holidays. I have not been driving it but I moved it down to another parking spot today. My steering wheel feels pretty loose compared to before. Is that due to uneven air pressure due to having a temporary on or something else. Bringing it in tommorow and while I was initially going to just get a new tire, I think I’m gonna ask for a full check up. Any ideas what it could be?

I've got a new phone today and for whatever reason data hasn't been migrated. When I try to log into Relay it sends me to the Reddit login page but it fails to log me in every time.
I am sure the usepassword is correct as I am able to login on the regular browser using the same credentials.
It feel more like a combination error with the newer login page from Reddit and how Relay sens this data.
Reinstalled, cleaned cache, data etc.
Anyone has had any issues like this?

 | Yesterday as I was driving home in the rain in my 2024 Tesla M3 Highland, a truck tapped me from behind causing me to spin out and hit another car. The truck fled the scene and my car was absolutely destroyed from the front. The lady that I hit did not have a license and barley spoke English and after trying to exchange information with her she got scared and said she would fix her own car out of her own pocket and tried to get in her car to leave but it wouldn’t start. I hit her pretty hard but luckily everyone was ok. After failing to start her car she said she was going to walk home since she lived not to far. After all that I was able to drive my car home. Unfortunately my car didn’t get the truck hitting me from behind and all I have is a video from the smoke shop of me spinning out into her car and the truck flying by like nothing happened. I don’t really know what to do because this is my first accident. I don’t want to go through insurance because I have no evidence to prove it was a hit and run and this would be the second claim I make in two months so it would def raise my rate. I have statefarm and have a $500 deductible. I was thinking about just buying the parts from Tesla and eBay and having my friend with a shop swap them out. I was also thinking about trying to repair the bumper and hood but it doesn’t look fixable. The windshield is also cracked but that I will go through insurance for and have satellite come to my house to replace it. Others tell me to go to a Tesla collision center but I know it’s gonna cost me an arm and leg to repair. There also “Tesla certified” repair shops near me in New York but I don’t know if I trust them. I come on here to ask for advice on whether I should go through insurance, make a police report, or fix it myself? Hey everybody, I'm hoping I just did something wrong and one of you might spot it. Atomic Monero seems to be reputable from the few posts I saw online.
After starting a transaction on Atomic monero on 11/21, I used Coinbase to send monero. The transaction on Coinbase's end was marked as complete within like, 10 minutes if I remember correctly. However, it was never registered on Atomic Monero.
Is there something wrong that I did here? Hoping I didn't lose $200 :/
