Why is adding little prints to areas so hard?!? Blanket didn’t turn out as good as I wanted and the moon lighting is meh. There’s bleeding over the lines all over the places 😵💫 Then I messed it all up by adding in the white details I should have just stopped when I tried to add little white stars.

I have an SFL at my store that has been staying late, has made my csa who is pregnant do curbsides, and have seen this person do a lot more, talked to SM over and over but nothing fixes itself, they do nothing about it. By going to HR would it affect their job? I don't dislike my SM but this has became a big problem and everyone in our store, pharmacy, and even customers have seen it all. I just do not know what to do or if I should reach out or the csa should ? I'm just in such a predicament where this person does no truck and gets away with it and is very lazy

2024.11.30 03:40 pak256 Nine Sols isn’t an MV. It’s a soulslike masquerading as one
So I’m about 12 hours into Nine Sols and mostly spite playing it for the story at this point. It on the surface very much looks like an MV and I’ve seen many in this community talking about it. But it’s not, it’s a Soulslike.
It’s super linear with maybe one or two options at most on where to go. You rarely find areas that require an ability you acquire later to get to. While it rewards some exploration the main focus is definitely on the combat instead. It’s got a high degree of difficulty, the resting mechanic, and an extreme over-reliance on parrying. Oh and the map sucks.

I would like some advice and opinions on if I should get into HVAC/R or stay with my current job.
I am a building/stationary engineer for my city government. I basically do rounds and monitor AHUs, boilers, and refrigeration systems in city owned and operated buildings. I also order supplies, do safety planning, write out procedures, and perform very limited maintenance and grounds work. All I really do is walk around the buildings and create work requests for our in-house trades or bring in a contractor to fix any issues. Im not allowed to do any major fixing nor do I know how. The rest of the work is office computer type work which I don’t like at all. It is a very easy boring job with benefits and an ok pension. The pay is alright, $31 to $34 an hour. In some ways the dream retirement gig.
My issue is I just turned 30 and have a lot of working years left. In this current job Im not really learning anything or improving. Im a jack of all trades type but am not specialized in anything and am feeling Im missing out getting certified in a trade and gaining more knowledge and skills.
HVAC/R has always interested me, hence why I got my boiler ticket and became a stationary engineer in the first place.
I respect this trade and the people who do it everyday. I would really appreciate if you guys could share your opinions and experiences on this trade and offer some advice on if I should get into it or just stay in my cushy stationary engineer job.

2024.11.30 03:40 bilalgag Landlord's janky PoE somehow crashing our wifi?
 | We rent a house in a rural area with DSL (yes, it's painful.) Our landlord lives in the house immediately next door. For various reasons, the landlord's house has never had its own internet connection, but at some point in the past a local handyman set up a PoE system (an antenna on top of our house connected to the DSL modem/router inside our house) to create an additional wifi network that could be used by the landlord. Network setup is as described in the diagram attached. CenturyLink router is inside our house. Wifi Network A is set up through CenturyLink admin panel which we can access/administrate. We use this network. Landlord uses Network B, which I presume to be set up through the repeaterouter's admin panel. We do not have access to this admin and I don't even know the make/model of the repeater. We enjoy a solid 8 mbps download on both networks most of the time. Intermittently, however, the speed on both networks crashes to 0.5 mbps (unusable) .. but is instantly restored by unplugging the janky PoE router from the modem. If you plug the PoE back in, the speed on both networks will drop again. If you wait about 5 - 10 minutes, the problem seems to pass. The issue: We cannot figure out where or why this is occurring. Speed from the jack while it's happening is still 8 mbps according to the CL admin. Landlord is a senior and afraid of us touching the system but we could potentially talk to the handyman who installed it if we had a good hypothesis. I am thinking it's damage to the cable from the injector to the antenna outside. Is there any chance it's the PoE injector? This a real question. Shuli has used other people to raise money for himself on many occasions. The first time I remember was when Ray Devito quit and graciously donated his last "pay check" to the "networks" producers...the producers never received it.
Shuli has done many full shows claiming their goal was to raise money for "the boys in the back" and their generous audience gladly stepped up with larger than normal donations...The boys in the back never got any extra money because its just "part of their job"
Shuli did a full week of shows claiming they were trying raise money to to give to Bob after KB didn't pay him. Those dumb fans had donated enough to the cause to have doubled Shuli's super chat numbers all week and easily doubled the money Bob was out...but Bob got nothing more than his flat rate. Shuli kept EVERYTHING extra.
There is a pattern here, and Shuli claiming he donated the money to charity anonymously doesn't look good.
Shuli has no shame.
