I am wondering if it will be easier to transfer into Ross or transfer to LSA and then into Ross. I am currently a first-year CC student here in Michigan, I was up in the air on what I wanted to do so I decided to go the CC route but I have now decided that business feels right. I plan on transferring out as soon as I can. I am on track to having a 4.0 college GPA my high school GPA wasn't bad but it wasn't anything crazy, 3.6 unweighted GPA with 5 APs. But I just wanted to know if anyone has experience in transferring to Ross and if I would be better off going through LSA first?

2024.11.30 04:30 running_later How do y'all make it through grading?
I'm an English teacher at a small school so I have 3 different grades. also I'm new and there's not curriculum so I'm developing the work for two grades. I have a stack of papers to grade over the break. I put it off until today, but it's still so disheartening.
First, I know a not-insignificant number of them are going to be AI generated or at least augmented, so why bother grading those when I won't be giving feedback to a real person about the quality of the writing. Secondly, as I started to grade, I decided to primarily just check if the parts of the essay are included (the directions say 'you have to talk about these 5 things about TOPIC' ). so far the essays don't even have 1 or 2 of the required components. There isn't even a passing attempt to include what is required.
ugh.
I don't know how much more hand-holding I can do leading up to these assignments I don't know how much care and attention I can put into grading papers that have no care or attention put into writing them.
I don't want to grade on length or "vibes" but I get the sense that I'm putting more time into grading some of these papers than the students put into writing them.
how do you all fight through the despair?

So I want to vertically mount my gpu but I don’t know if I can. My motherboard is the Gigabyte x870 eagle wifi which has a full length pcie 5.0 slot but all of the vertical gpu mounts that I’m seeing have a pcie 4.0 riser cable. Would i be able to use that riser cable in my build or am I kinda out of luck with vertical gpu mounting?

At our trip to Puerto Rico, We got some Hermit crabs and Brought them at home, One Hermit crab was too small for the big shell and I tried to put it in a New Shell, Hours later it was able to but pinched my middle finger And I was mad, I put it in the microwave and Regretted it Instantly But Since people say they don't feel pain, I FUCKING REGRET DOING IT AND I REGRET EXISTING. I’ve been considering getting one, as for the past 3 weeks I’ve really been unable to do much because of my hemorrhoid. I’m trying to see if it’s worth the pain though. I’m on a time crunch to get back on my feet, and I’ve seen posts saying that it’s a 10/10, but what really is a 10/10?
The other day, I had to lean against the walls on my way to my bed from my bathroom because my entire body was violently shaking from the pain. I laid down on my side with a pillow between my knees and just kept shaking for about an hour, and after that, it just felt like I’d been very intimate with a butchers knife. Is that a 10/10? Would that have been a 15/10 or a 5/10? I can’t tell. Can someone who’s had one describe the healing process in more detail? I’d really appreciate it, and I’ll be making an appointment to discuss my options on Monday.
P.s. Last time I had an appointment like that, the nurse put her finger up my ass. Obviously it hurt and was uncomfortable, but honestly, if she did that with how I feel right now, I can’t confidently say I wouldn’t faint. Is there a way for someone to check without any sort of intruding?? My hemorrhoid is outside anyways please TvT

I'm not new to this game but I was hoping to get more insight from the people that are actually kinda good lol. Here are a couple questions I had: - I see that the meta for normal runs is using only one weapon a lot of the time, why is that? When I play I usually like to have two weapons that compliment each other well.
- If you're able to get your auto-crit chance above 100%, what happens? Because after you get a "every hit is a crit" kind of deal I don't know what else could happen.
- Other tips I should know? Looking for anything that isn't immediately obvious but may be basic knowledge amongst people who have 46 years into this game lol. Thanks in advance :)

I am an american abroad in a country where Chinese New Year is celebrated. I recently had a retrieval (like this week) and asked my doctor when to expect a transfer if all goes well. He said I'd have to wait after I get a period, so December ish, and then he was like... well then its Chinese New Year in January so we are looking at February??? Idk if he's planning on travelling for the entire month of January but I only get 2 days off for the holiday. I feel like a possible delay of an entire month for a holiday is a lot. Thoughts?

so I had a prolactinoma(a small one) for probably ever, and now it’s not detected on the MRI and i’m continuing to take cab. my libido has always been high but since it’s gone I feel a shift of it being crazy high. I find my brain sexualizing so many things it shouldn’t be(the way people sit, words they say… etc). now i’m wondering if i’ve just been conditioned to think that way from external factors or if it’s a hormonal thing…? I know this is kind of stupid but I just feel like a gross person and want to know if it’s hormone related… will I ever get a “normal” libido?
