My brother was really caring, considerate and kind when it came to me and my parents, but after meeting his now wife he really changed. I know priorities change and understand that now she is more important (as it should be), but the way he has been really saddens me. He asks for favours and then isn't grateful, he makes promises he doesn't keep and he is inconsiderate towards me and my parents. In general i undersand that i can't do anything about this change so i want to know how do I let go so that i don't feel sad or frustrated anymore...i'm just tired of caring and receiving indifference

Hi! 6 weeks post op for Slap repair and supraspinatus and infraspinatus tendon tears (hope I spelled that correctly) and had anchors placed. My surgeon also manipulated my shoulder during surgery due to frozen shoulder. Had a nerve blocker. Fast forward to this week and Now I’m noticing that when I inhale I experience a sharp pain deep in the clavicle area. It’s a pain that cuts my inhale. So I’m adjusting how deep the inhale. Anyone else experience something like this?

me and my husband are both in our thirties and been married for 13 years. but ever since my first child, he’s treated me like this. for a few months but especially recently i’ve been in so much pain all day that medication doesn’t even touch it anymore. i’m not working at the moment so i depend on my husband financially. i’ve had some previous procedures done and even when i told him i needed money for them, he gets irritated because of how much money i need. and it makes me feel like a burden to everyone because in arguments he’s always belittling me for not working and says i do nothing all day when i take care of my toddler and other 2 children and clean the house.
he doesn’t understand what i do at home and how much pain i’m him and when i truly need him he just gets angry with me. he always thinks when i’m in pain that i’m just being dramatic and doesn’t even comfort me. he gets mad at me because i don’t want to have sex with him but it’s because he calls me such horrible things whenever we argue and it just makes me uncomfortable with him. it feels like if it’s nothing is benefiting him then he wants to get mad and flips everything on me. im still in so much pain and still have some procedures i need to get done but im scared to even tell and ask his for money because of his reaction. i don’t even feel like i can go to him for anything because it just seems like he doesn’t care and he’ll just start yelling and insulting me. it’s so exhausting and i’m so tired of being treated like this when i try my best to be considerate of him. and we’re not poor, he has a whole business and i have money from when i was working but he makes me feel guilty whenever i need something from him. i don’t know what to do anymore. i’ve been trying to find a job but i’m waiting for my toddler to get in school. one night he’s yelling and calling me things but then the next morning acts like nothing happened and wants me to be affectionate towards him. he trashes the house, expects me to clean up everything after him. his plates, clothes, everything of his. he feels no need to clean up after himself and gets mad at me when i try to tell him how i feel about it. any of my concerns for him he takes it as me criticizing him when i just want to help him. i feel like i have no one to talk to since not even my husband listens to me.

I never truly got to experience seeing the holiday season in SF as I never had a winter date (I’m now in a fairly long term relationship) or spent significant amount of time in Union Square during winter. However, I moved to SF at a rough time in 2022 and when the city’s seemingly declining especially downtown. Not to mention how Macy’s in Union Square is going to be gone soon.
Other than Union Square, what are the best place to get to experience the holidays in the city? It can be solo or with people. Restaurants, cafes and other attractions are included!

So yesterday I got my EF-S zoom lens along with my canon rebel t7 and went out for a night of imaging (shot in jpeg instead of raw 💀). When the clouds clear up, I'm planning to go for Andromeda next so I would like some advice for how to image it with such a beginner setup. I live in a bortle 6 area for reference. Should I bin? If so, how much? What focal length? Anything else that could be helpful is appreciated. (Also, I want to image the Pleiades after this and capture some nebulosity, is it possible with my setup at all? Thanks).
