Hi, I've been using a well-known IPL device for epilation at home for a year without issues. However, a couple of hours ago I treated a small area near my thyroid, including the area just at its left, where a vein is visible (Google says it could be anterior jugular). I used the facial attachment with the UV filter, at half power. Initially, there was no pain, but after about 10 minutes, I felt increasing discomfort near the vein, which spread to my left throat. I also felt tingling/numbness there, near my jaw and part of left cheek, along with redness under my eyes. However the throat area where I felt the discomfort/pain remained white as normal. After applying arnica gel I felt relief, and the discomfort gradually disappeared in about 40 minutes; I still feel that the area is slightly sore tho. This happened once before, but I had attributed it to my chronic cervical tension. The device instructions don't mention any risks for this area, only advising against use on varicose veins (but this wasn’t). Could the IPL have caused this weird episode? Could it be dangerous? (I'll ask my doctor next week, but I'd like to think about some hypotheses in the meantime).

Pluto doesnt give af about your worldly wants it’s here for your true soul’s desire(s).
When using pluto you must surrender to a process that will take you to the most ideal version of what you desire.
For instance, you might relocate to place Pluto in your 6th house because you think that you want to transform you job and how work looks for you on a daily basis. You might move there and start your plan to make the work environment and routines that you have always wanted. Meanwhile, in the depths of your soul, it has a deeper desire and plan for you to be doing something else. And the more commited you are to fighting for your auperficila wants the more Pluto will have to transform amd remove in that area to bring you to your knees.
Sounds harsh because I need it to. Pluto will wipe away anything in your way and point you towards your true desires. It puts you back on track to your destiny and purpose.
But humans think that losing and not grtting what you want is “bad”. But when you get to and through the Pluto work you will learn that getting ymwhat you truly desire trumps a perty ass want any day.
This is why inner work and support with Pluto (and the outer planets) is extra crucial. You might not realize all of the programs that you have keeping you from your grestest potentials. You would just be looking at yoir physical life changing withoit your control and thinking, “why me? Why am i losing everything?” Bb, you have to lose it all to gain the world.
Pluto work can show you where you have been given superficial wants by your parents, society, or a kindergarten substitute teacher. So you have to surrender to the process to access the deeper levels of who you are. The more you resist the more Pluto WILL persist. And there are layers. Maybe you only go deep enough to see that you want ro work for yourself and help people so you open an employemnt service. That may be enough for Pluto. It will know its gotten you back on track because in a few years you will have an awakening from the realizations you have by serving others in your uniqie way. Then other changes will occur because you will be able to go deeper.
Pluto, highkey, is a cheat code. But if youre attached ro anything in the physical, it will put you in hurt mode.
Like with the other outer planets. Surrender is necessary to reach the highebonus/multidimentional levels of life that are outside rhe matrix (3d and mental/emotional levels). If you wnat the dope powers and access to that lofe you think woowoo people make up then you have to be willing to go beyond saturn. And most of youbare scared of him. And that’s fine. Its a journey. And not everyones journey is to access those deeper leveles or to even master saturn. Some might be here to master mars or relish in venus.
All I am saying is, if you wnat to use Pluto you can allow your highest potential to be revealed to you then be prepard to let tf go. And let God/Spirit/Higherself/Universe/Ancestors/Life/randomeness/nothing/whatever tf you identify with, consciously let that take the wheel.
Also. This is also why Pluto is linked to wealth. A master key: you can have your greatest desires when you will surrender and sacrifice what you think you want.
Pro tip: This is why Saturn is placed before those outer planets. Self mastery, having created a solid physical foundation, having been able to remove distractions and create your own firm boundaries to focus on what you want, need, and desire are all necessary to the keys required to release fears to allow you go beyond the surface.
Why do Pluto expereinces lead people to deep traumas, wounds, and perversions? In short, because Pluto has no fvking chill and reminds tgat life doesn’t either. And i am not excusing anything that one does to another that infrenges on their free will. . When and if one can heal to the point where they can extract gold from their Pluto experience then they can open to ways to transform their life in new ways.

I’ve never been a huge outdoor winter runner. I was just seriously humbled by my 24 degree turkey trot race yesterday and realized I need to adapt to cold weather running. I signed up for an April half marathon and will begin training in January, which is usually the coldest time of year in my area. Any tips on cold weather running for a fair weather runner? I think I really struggle with dressing appropriately so I’m not too cold but also not getting overheated after 2 miles.

Batch A123 Was an absolute coin flip between 1 and 2.... So I flipped a coin annnnnnd old Forester won. The banana notes and crazy long finishes really broke thru this guys grape stained mouth. Round two: Then we did it again, nice, slow, and passionately (while watching a Georgia safety not get called for targeting the GT Qb and causing a fumble to possibly save their Szn). Then out of no where Batch A123 came alive, woke up with a vengeance, slapped my ass and turned into a sweet..... sweet caramel bomb. My goodness.
