What if the Spurs actually went out and made the trade for Giannis? It would be estimated to be a package of Sochan, Collins, Branham, Keldon & 4-5 firsts. Personally while losing Sochan would hurt, I think a starting lineup of Castle, Vassell, Barnes, Giannis & Wemby would definitely be contenders especially with Chris Paul, Champagnie, and Wesley being such incredible bench pieces.

Pantheon at Bushe Gardens, like a few other coasters has something unique happen mid course: the track moves and switches directions. This occurs when the train is moving up the tall hill, it then returns at like 60mph. If the track did not fully engage or fail to engage it would be SERIOUS injury or death. How the heck do they do it?
My best guess is that if the sensors detect a track switching failure they can run the LSM (linear synchronous motors) in reverse and quickly brake the vehicle? But to rely this much on the safety sensors? How does a tech/engineer ensure absolute safety with something like this?

Verizon is offering me the Pixel 9 Pro for free and, with some discounts, the Samsung S24 Ultra for $500 (over $36 months). I asked previously about cameras and learned Pixel has the better camera, However, now I'm becoming concerned about the quality and longevity of the phone. I need to have this phone for at least 36 months, but intend to keep my phone for much longer (my current one is 6.5 years old). I'm going to be using the phone mostly for web browsing, emails, regular and video calls and YouTube videos. I'm particularly concerned about the quality of video calls, service off the grid (driving through rural areas, walking/hiking in mountains/woods) and it functioning well with me having millions of tabs open in my web browser. I don't play games. I know S24 Ultra has the better processor. Will the S24 Ultra be noticeably better and last longer? Is it to worth paying an extra $500 and getting it over the Pixel 9 Pro?

2024.12.01 00:53 thatnetguy666 Huge fan of both the band and the comedy collective. Both of them have something in common.
When I was a young kid, I was super into the Misfits, particularly the Danzig era of The Misfits. They were the first band I ever got into on my own, and they are one of the best rock bands ever. Static Age and Legacy of Brutality are some of the best albums ever put out, in my opinion.
I also got super into The Misfits comedy group after watching a RacoonEggs video where he played with Fitz. I love both acts, and as a fan of both, they share something in common: they are both really good at dark comedy and edgy humor.
Obviously, you guys are all fans of the comedy group, but songs like "Last Caress" or "Halloween" have lyrics that sound like they were lifted from a Misfits comedy group improv song or bit in a video. If you guys like the Misfits comedy group, you should check out the band—they have a similar sense of humor and are equally dark and edgy, lol.
With all this confusion, I thought it might be a good time to point out some more similarities between the groups.
