2024.12.01 02:48 magimonn My cat can't see my arms or he starts biting them
So, this is a really odd thing to me as a first time cat owner, but for some reason my cat loses his mind when I'm wearing short sleeves, anything really that shows my arms and I have no idea why.
He attacks them the moment i drop my guard and sometimes if he just woke up or just got done playing with a toy, he will grab onto my arm and bite it and well, start humping it. The only reason I find it strange is really that he just does this when im not wearing any sleeves, because if they are clothed he finds no interest whatsoever. I thought cats weren't that big of a fans of fur to skin contact?

In high school applying to college programs currently and a lot of these different majors seem like different ways of saying the same thing or similar with minor differences. For instance stevens has industrial and systems engineering, engineering management, and business and technology majors that all seem to be different paths towards tech consulting or project management. How do I know which to apply for? I know I want to be involved in a line of work where that involves problem solving and leadership and these all seem to fit. Any input or advice would be greatly appreciated.

 | So when I have an upcoming exam (mid-sems, finals) I like to organise all my study material into a spreadsheet with the date I'll do them, the score I got, my percentage and mistakes I've made. When I say "study material", I really only mean practice exams and worksheets with problems that may be on the exam. I've only just started using this method at the start of this semester and I've noticed huge differences compared to last semester's performance. Hello all, iām currently 31 weeks pregnant. my pregnancy is healthy, just has been really tough on me with BDā¦. Today was my baby shower and it went very well! i am so so thankful for everything. My family hosted it (my mom) currently me and my bd live with my parents because financially thatās what he wantedā¦well he wanted to come because family issues at his house. My mom and dad have been such an incredible blessingā¦.they pay for everything. (he has a good job. this is so we can get on our feet)
Honestly his mom and most of his family hasnāt reached out to me once. i have felt iffy about boundaries with his mom since she has drug pastā¦and she really isnāt the grandma type if that makes sense. i feel like it isnāt hard to atleast text me. anyways, my boyfriend gave me the absolute hardest time with the baby shower. my mom was hosting it and traditionally itās a ladies thing. he got mad at me bc he assumed he couldnāt invite his random boy friends. and he got mad because i said itās usually honoring the momā¦. he got offended because heās the one who provides he said. butā¦.he doesnāt have to pay anything. my parents have taken care of everything. then he got mad because his mom felt she couldnāt invite her friends ( no one said she couldnāt. she wasnāt the host) and honestly iāve been so like dissociative because i felt like i just couldnāt relax at the baby shower to handle if he would randomly get mad about something. i felt like guilty for having a baby shower he was there and everything but i felt bad that it was about me with all my girl friends and women family.
on thanksgiving his mom said she wants to plan a baby shower for us. iāll be 36 weeks pregnant. i was so exhausted today. i know ill be so uncomfortable and just it really doesnāt sound fun to me. my bf immediately said yesā¦im not even sure if it will even happen but i really donāt want to have another. he wonāt care what i want he even said i donāt have to come. iām so sick of everything. iāve been thinking about leaving him because you simply canāt change another person. iām not sure how i should handle this or maybe im just being stingy. i just need some advice.
