I look up Columbia on google, and the closest I got to an answer is Miss Columbia, which is a personification of Americans and the new world.

2024.12.01 02:29 ierkld Problems Mounting Armour Bodies Fairings
 | I got some track fairings for my ninja 400 and I'm having a ton of trouble getting the belly pan on. The left side of the belly pan is bumping into the same OEM bracket that it's supposed to bolt to. I have where it's supposed to fasten to the upper fairing clamped in place. On the right side I cannot pull the belly pan in that same position no matter how hard I try. It also is very close to the exhaust which is the stock exhaust. These are all opened and yes I know that’s not the most economical way to do things but I just got back into collecting since being a kid and I wanted to enjoy ripping some packs and etbs. I’m starting to keep sealed stuff now in hopes it increases in value and I just sent my first card off to be graded last week! I also made my first sell on eBay so I’m pretty happy with how my collection is progressing and just wanted to show a few people who would appreciate it.

So I've seen 255+ anime in my life so far and every once in a while I would go into a youtube rabbit hole of just watching reactions or anime OP's to relive some of the best anime moments in history. Whenever I get reminded of AOT there's really no major flaw and the impact that it had on society is ridiculous. It pretty much put a checkmark into every category that makes a masterpiece.

 | My favorite book of the month (and of the year so far) was Dark Days Ahead by Natalie Docherty. The author and book were new to me. It blends thriller, magic, and dystopia in a way I haven't seen done before. The premise—three women who simultaneously discover their own magical powers while uncovering a group of tech elites manipulating global events—felt chillingly timely in today’s world. I liked that it was set in the real world in San Francisco. It was a fast paced page-turner that I read in a day. It was a fun, easy read while also making me think about the role of technology in our lives and the future we're heading towards. Second place is The Life Impossible. I've loved everything I've read by Matt Haig, and this is no exception. It's probably my 2nd favorite of his after Midnight Library. He does magical realism like no one else. I enjoyed the setting (Ibiza) and the MC (a retired widow in her 70s). Third place is Intermezzo. Sally Rooney can do no wrong for me, and I always connect with her characters and writing style. 2024.12.01 02:29 Thelostmanager Migraine headaches, medication prescribed by Psychiatrist and how it started my anxious episodes and depressive state.
This might be a long rant, so please be patient if you are going into it and please ignore it, if you think it's not worth your time.
I am 23Y/O F. So, I will start from the time I had to stay home to appear for my engineering exams. It had been three months, I had been studying and preparing going to classes because I had to give 16 exams in total which I appeared back to back in the interval of 2 months. The day after my exam, I had anniversary with my girlfriend and celebrated the entire day. The next day, I joined my office, as a civil engineering intern, (the position was in hold for me). I had been taking counselling sessions with my therapist from 9-10 months prior at this point and the therapist had told me that we might be coming to end of our session, because I was progressing well. I had been taking CBT, learning to establish boundaries with my father and everyone around me and doing fairly good. Except for one thing. Migraines. They were getting worst. I couldn't work infront of computers for longer period of time. It would start from a stiff neck or shoulder ache or maybe an ear pain and the radiating pain would begin. I was taking nimesulide.
I was having headaches in the interval of 1 week to 12 days and sometimes 2-3 days in a row and then again in a week. So the frequency in which I was taking the pain killer was much. It is said to damage the kidneys in the long run, so I decided to visit a Psychiatrist who also had conducted a study on episodic migraine. I provide the link of the paper below with the post. I started with the medication topaz50, topiramte (drug for epilepsy also used for migraine). And the moment the medication was put into my body, I started feeling tired, brain fog, memory problems, and then everything is so difficult for me to remember.
The thing is, my brain works on hyperactivity, i.e. I am an overthinker and an overplanner, so I am ready for everything and anything ahead of time. (Which might be the cause of my migraine, because I think too much causing my brain to overprocess and stressing the neurons and then the migraine hits like a train wreck). When met with any situation, I already know how to get out of it. I never had performance anxiety, whether it is to give a presentation infront of 50-60 people or to play guitar infront of people. But the medication made me feel so insecure and the brain fog was so intense that I forgot how to play a song in the guitar, that I had been doing for the past 2 years, the same song, that would flow out of me like nothing when I had to play in infront of people, so I told them I didn't know how to play guitar and dodged the situation. I also, am given an opportunity to present in an international conference which I am denying to because I can't.
I can't as for the past 2 months that I have been taking my medication, I am in a depressive state and my anxiety is worst. Before the medication I just had exam anxiety nothing else than that. Now, it's more than just exam anxiety it's anxiety all the time. The first month, it took time to figure out what was happening because I couldn't remember how to drive my car anymore, what place I was driving to in the middle of my drive, what I was talking about in the middle of a conversation how to function as the medication was for twice a day, so I told the psychiatrist that I couldn't function with twice a day and he reduced the dose to once a day.
