so every-time i go to fight a boss in my modded terraria world i have issues where i consistently crash and i haven’t found the reason nor have i found a solution, i’m pre-moon lord on a calamity world and went to fight plaguebringer Goliath with my boyfriend and went the boss was at 10k health and my game crashed, completely resetting us by almost an hour. this consistently happened for the past few nights when we went to play and i was wondering if it had happened to anyone else and if they would know the reason and solution. this issue is making the game hell and is only happening on this world.

A couple years ago I was dating this girl, and my friend was dating her bsf. so we were always pretty close.
Although my friend was a massive cunt and not really a friend. Just constantly bullying, annoying me and stuff. But I was sort of forced into it by social convention.
I'm like super good at manifestations like most of them end up happening(I didn't realise this at the time), and for my poor friend I just really hoped he got paralysed from the neck down. And well that's what happened he jumped into a pool and somehow got paralysed.
So long story short I basically paralysed him. I feel sort of bad, I've manifested for him to be able to walk again as I sort of feel bad, Hopefully he does. and even more hopefully he learns a lesson don't be a cunt
But hey had to get this off my chest.

Hey guys looking for some advice as never had to go through this before.
I was working last year for a company and was let go, messed about with money and also was refused holiday pay when I asked for it.
Employer was adamant I wasn't due any holiday because I wasn't there long enough but I knew I accrued my holiday pay as I went. A week later he realised I was due holiday pay, so I asked for it.
I was told at the start of December that because he hadn't been paid for a job he was waiting for money so he couldn't pay me, he promised payment on the 4th of January. I struggled with money throughout Christmas due to this.
Anyway contacted ACAS and employer never spoke to them so I now have my certificate. Do I have 30 days to take this to tribunal?
Next question, do I need a solicitor for this, will there be any costs involved for me? What costs will be involved for him?
If he and I both know I am due money then surely there isn't much defense there? I don't know why he wouldn't have agreed to early conciliation either won't this cost him more money than what it is worth?
If anyone can give me any help or advice on to expect and what I need to do etc that would be great. I am in Scotland incase law is different here.

Hi Everyone. If this doesn't belong here- apologies and feel free to remove. If a producer said to me :
"No one is getting OT because we are on flat day rates. If you're going over 12 have concerns, please let me know. If the time card got sent back to you it's because it was rejected, just resubmit without any days over 12 hours worked."
Does this mean I'm paid salary and I can expect a flat rate even on days we don't shoot or .. what does this mean. When would there be no paid OT? We have gone into OT multiple times.
