I didn’t have an all out cheat meal, but I haven’t had anything fried in months.
My husband and I went to one of our fav spots. I decided to eat some crab fries(less than half a small appetizer serving) and fried catfish with veggies.
Two hours later I tested and I was at 107. I was so much guilt for cheating! But then I was like this doesn’t make sense to be so low. An hour later when I got home I was at 119.
So now I’m confused as to if my glucose was high.
I also have my baby shower tomorrow and would love to cheat :( but I know I shouldn’t

Hi, sorry for formatting issues on mobile
For some reason, only at night time we do not have hot water. No one has used hot water in several hours, and it was working early in the afternoon for a shower.
It seems to be only at night where there is no hot water.
Tuned up the water heater, descaled, replaced filter, nada.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

It’s time for me to get a new helmet. I tried on a Kask Utopia at the store. Fits me well, looks really cool. Once I buy it, I can’t return it. So I have to be sure. I can’t really test how well ventilated it is.
I do a lot of flat riding where I could benefit the marginal aero gains but also a lot of climbing in summer temps. Would you advise getting something like the utopia as a year round helmet or suggest something more ventilated?
(To be fair I heard the utopia was one of the more ventilated aero helmets)
Also gonna be honest, looks are a big part of it for me. The utopia looks really sleak and one of the few helmets that don’t mushroom on my head.

My cat is atleast 1 year old and unspayed (I'm scared to get her spayed because my first cat died because I spayed her and the wound got infected).She wasn't like this yesterday before I gave her a bath but then today she keep on mate calling but her heat just ended a few weeks ago. I also cat get her to the vet because of financial issues so I really don't know what to do and I don't know what's wrong with her.
