طفشت من تمهير لأن المواصلات سيئة عندي ( ماعندي لا رخصة ولا سيارة )والجهة التي أتدرب عندها لا يوجد بها مترو. الوضع مكلف جدًا علي، وأفكر في الانسحاب والبحث عن أي وظيفة قريبة مني أو على الأقل في منطقة يخدمها المترو قبلت في تمهير لأخذ خبرة، وفي نفس الوقت كنت أخطط لاستخدام مكافأته للحصول على شهادات مهنية، لكن أموالي تذهب للمواصلات، وأشعر أن الهدف الأساسي من انضمامي لتمهير لم أعد قادرة على تحقيقه + مادري ليش كتبت بالفصحى بس يب

I contacted her after 33 days NC. I simply asked if she would like to go out for a drink and hoped she is doing good. I did not get a reply, she however posted a video on TikTok afterwards, saying that a ex tried to climb out of the graveyard and she was dancing on the song. Yes. That is what happeneds when you break no contact. You just fuel their stupid ego and your own worth goes down. Why do I even love this woman? I find it hard to let go because I still truely believe we are good for each other. But how do I truely move on? I am waiting a fricking year already for her. But most of the times I get the door slammed in my face.

2026 is coming up. The Democrats should easily be able to take back the US House of Representatives and have wins across the United States at the national, State, and local level. But maybe not if the Democrats capitulate to and appease the Trump Administration and Republicans.
Progressive policies are popular. Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, SNAP, free school lunches, etc. etc. etc. are popular. Politically FIGHT.

Hi everyone, I broke up with my boyfriend about 1.5 weeks ago, during my luteal phase (which I didn’t realise until my period came a few days later). The main reason I broke up with him was because I could see the pain in his eyes, it was like the life was being drained out him and it killed me to know that was because of me. I didn’t suspect at the time that I had PMDD but I’ve since spoke to my gp, the mental health team and gone back through my period tracker and today I have been referred to a gynaecologist for a diagnosis. Some context - we’ve been together for just over 1.5 years and we’re both 26. Whilst I’ve noticed in the past that I could get bad pms, it’s not until this past year that I feel like my PMDD symptoms peaked. 3 months into our relationship my mum was diagnosed with cancer, I was her full time carer which took its toll, she died in May and in August my grandma also died of cancer. Between May and August I found out he was emotionally cheating on me, speaking to other girls and even messaging escorts. Before I found out I could see how everything happening in my life was taking a toll on him then too. Along with all this I have a tumultuous relationship with my dad which has spiralled since mums decline. So this past year has been absolutely traumatising for the both of us. I get irritable with him on occasion which he describes as me being snappy but for the most part it’s the depression and suicidal thoughts (suicidal thoughts usually only last a day and it’s typically in the evening when being overwhelmed takes over me) that are taking its toll. It’s hard in the peak of my depressive thoughts to take accountability, as I feel worthless and unloved but I’m not afraid to apologise to him when I’m out. I’m hoping that once I get a diagnosis and start treatment and therapy that we can be normal and happy but after reading many posts on here I’m scared that it won’t be possible and that no matter who I’m with, I’m always going to be too much for them. I can’t stand to hurt anyone else because of this, so is there hope or should I accept that I’m never going to have a truly happy relationship. Also I live in the uk and there’s a 21week wait before I even get a consultation with a gyno, so any and all advice is welcome. Thank you for reading all this and for your time.

My mom is coming to visit Austin and she loves fancy restaurants. Her preference is Italian but any restaurant that could accomodate a vegetarian that's especially fancy would be great. I've sent her Fabrik's menu but she did seem to not love that it didn't include cheese. I think she was mostly joking. I've also heard of Nori but I don't think she would like the sushi vibe.
