Hey so I am currently a sophomore at the University of Michigan, pursuing a bachelors in Biology. Currently, my gpa is looking pretty good and my true end goal is to get into dental school at some point in my life. With dental school being so expensive, I am considering going to community college and getting my certification in dental hygiene and work for some amount of years until I can pay for schooling. I was wondering if you guys think that the community college would really impact getting a solid job as a hygienist in the future? Can I just go to an affordable community college and let my bachelor's do the heavy lifting? Also, does location matter? Do I have to go to school and get my certification in the state I would like to practice in?

I started trulicity 0.75mg/0.5ml three days ago and boy has it been a hellish ride. Started with nausea the day after the first shot. Then woke up at 2am last night with the worst diarrhea I've ever had in my life along with profuse sweating and hot flashes. The diarrhea went on all night and all day today. I've used the restroom over 50 times in the last 24 hours. Add in the extreme gas (passing 10-15 times per hour) and rotten egg burps and I'm miserable. I messaged my doc and she said if I get dehydrated to go to the ER. Asked if there was anything else I could do to help the symptoms and she said not really. Decided to take some otc imodium and that has reduced the diarrhea to 2x/hr. Anyone else experience symptoms this bad? Anything I can do to get some relief? This med seems ridiculous for someone with a 6.4 A1c.

The number of crashes I've experience are borderline unforgivable. I have played a heavily modded Skyrim that didn't crash this much.
I've kept a tally, and I'm at 23 crashes in 123hrs on PS5. Absolutely nothing has crashed this much on PS5 for me, nor when I had a PC did I have a game crash this often. It's marred what I consider to be one of the finest games of a generation to a point where I'd be hesitant to suggest it to anyone who isn't on PC.
Absolutely love it when I can play it without issue, but this is a shameful display of technical ineptitude.

I’ve been playing basketball for 11 years, and never had any scoring issues until i started my high school career, as to where now i don’t really ever shoot the ball, i recently had 4 back to back games where i’ve played 12< minutes each game and haven’t taken a single shot. my teammates are ballhogs, but i feel like i still do get the ball sometimes in scoring positions but just pass the ball. i get many good assists, and im easily one of the most skilled players on the team. I used to score 15-25 points a game until my freshman year and now 2 years later, i struggle to get double digits. i make basically all of my shots, i just don’t take them. Where as my teammates are no where near as good as me but they take a shot every time they touch the ball and score more. anyone know how to become more selfish and take more shots without feeling like i am forcing them?

Hello My daughter had her first visit last week; she had an evaluation then her hourly appointment directly after the evaluation.
I can’t find the receipt, but I’m wondering; are we charged a higher copay fee for the evaluation AND then the copay for the first visit she had directly after the evaluation?
Or do we just pay the slightly higher copay that first day which would cover the evaluation plus the hour long session?
