Would it be possible to report someone ( who I know personally and is very close to me thus I have a lot of information and evidence ) completely or to some extent anonymously? Would I have to go to the police station in person and would the police let the defendant what exact evidence is being used against them? And since the defendant is under the age of 16 (soon to be) would they get any type of special treatment that would lead to them knowing who reported them ect? The report would be about drugs of class c to an and weapons. I’ve reported this person on crime stopper but I’d like to take it to a level further to actually ensure something happens. The reason for anonymity is simple , I don’t that person to get onto me in anger or to get someone else onto me and thus be a danger to me.

OB has no issues with me donating for myself ahead of time. Maternal fetal medicine (MFM) would rather I source from friend/family.

Right so more or less I believe Powell fcked the long term trend and we will reverse. We're just not doing it yet and that's partly due the earlier NVDA selloff on what at this point could be "fake" news as this new Chinese supposedly God AI is still inaccessible. I believe it's absolute crap. Deepshiet3 is more hyped that the whole AI narrative at this point yet nobody can test it, but it's gooder cause internet experts says so.
Bought the 2nd NVDA dip. Now short term we are oversold and I will probably close my calls once we fill the gap from 142 or maybe be a wuss and do it a bit earlier.
I believe the market will reach ATHs, I also don't believe it will stay there and that it will be due to a totally unexpected event (in reality the market will find an excuse to sell during overbought short & long term technical indicators). Long term we are leanings towards overbought, short term we were oversold as fck and I believe this is 100% the reason why we didn't tank today on surprise no rate cut and surprise completely empty and worthless Fed speech. For real he said absolutely nothing important.
Took a small position in NVDA. You really don't have to if you think it's going down, I believe it's unlikely to drop if everyone is suddenly bearish. MMs need to fck over the largest ammount of people and I don't see how you do that by causing the market to drop when everyone already expects it.
Or you can take QQQ/SPY, but at this point they are the same thing as NVDA just with higher IV and more trash included. Yes, the US economy now hinges on AI and AI chips. No it will not meet the expectations, yes Powell is brain damaged for calling it a "strong" economy hence why I think the long term trend silently shifted. On the monthly chart we are nearing the end. Thing is trading on the monthly is for long term smart money that can sit in -50% not watching the market and not trying to catch the absolute tops and bottoms. This is the monthly chart isn't the one influencing the daily and weekly, it's the other way around. This is why it didn't drop on trash news. Can't drop if you are already oversold short term.
Since I gave the blueprint of what's most likely to happen (80-90% likelyhood) I am curious if the market being aware of it changes the outcome or if this is just me typing in the abyss.
But why no YOLO? Feel like no need to risk the 10% if I got a reasonable system in place. So far it hasn't fumbled much.
TL;DR: Market wants me to buy NVDA calls so I did. Not risking much, nice potential profits if I am right. There is a big short angle soon, but we need short & long term technical indicators to all scream overbought. Probably gonna happen once we reach ATHs.
Definitely do not buy trash small cap stocks that went up 4-5x already.

Over the last few months my endo has gotten progressively worse, a month before Christmas I have a really really bad flare where I was puking so much I genuinely thought I was going to die, I was awake for 48 hours straight because I couldn’t stop puking, my puke was luminous yellow and I called 111 because I was terrified that was it and they just told to get to hospital my own way but I couldn’t, I don’t drive and neither does my partner and his parents were out, then on Monday I had another bad flare up and was pretty much bed bound all day but couldn’t sleep bc of the pain, I then felt like all my organs shut down, I stopped breathing and was sweating so much and in so much pain it paralysed me I couldn’t move at all my body just completely shut down, felt like my lungs collapsed as I couldn’t breath at all and I went purple, my partner had to try and get me to breath again, then I started throwing up really violently and then stopped breathing again, then passed out for a good 20 minutes, we called 111 and they just told me to drink water and get to hospital if I could and yet again I couldn’t, part of me is too scared to go in anyway as they always keep me waiting for 13+ hours then dismiss me and ask me what I want them to do and when I tell them they say they can’t do that, im currently waiting for a meeting to happen to discuss whether they think surgery will be necessary (they’re going off 1 1/2 year old test results and refuse to do more tests) im absolutely terrified to go in bc I know nothing will get done but I’m so scared that im going to die soon (sounds so dramatic but my flare ups are getting so much worse now and I’m just generally terrified everyday i wake up) im always in pain anyway so I’ve gotten used to that but my flare ups seem to be getting worse every time I have one, does anyone have any advice or experience with these symptoms?
