So I've been at my current job for just 1.5 years, the actual workplace, the people and the benefits are all good, however I'm quite often bored with nothing to do. I've constantly tried talking to my managers and colleagues and have expressed that I'd like to progress my skills and gain new experience, but always seem to get ignored and just get given the same repetitive tasks. Feel like I'm wasting my time and it's making me feel quite depressed, as I like to keep busy and be productive with my time. However I don't want it to look bad on my CV if I've only stayed in the job for a short amount of time and I do wonder whether I just need to try and change my mindset around it.
Would appreciate any advice on whether I should stick it out and stay, or whether it's worth looking for another job. I'm now feeling pretty down and unmotivated as well which probably won't reflect well on my job performance!

Hi, friends. I am considering changing health insurance as I currently pay $411.00 per month for a BCBS AZ PPO plan through my employer. After speaking with a broker, this is the plan he recommended which would only be $211.00 per month if I choose the Preferred plan with a $250,000 calendar year maximum.
Two things:
- After speaking about this plan for over an hour with the broker, I asked him about maternity care and he said "Oh, pregnancy is no-go with this plan," which kind of took me aback since the quote he gave is for two women in their 20's. I have used midwifery care and paid out-of-pocket for both of my pregnancies, but for the other person I am looking at insuring, she would likely choose a hospital birth and OB managed prenatal care that this would not cover. I am surprised he didn't mention this until I asked about it.
- These payment amounts seem lower than most allowed amounts. I cannot tell if this is a good plan or not. I have attached the link to the brochure.

I'm fairly new to Linux and am facing some issues related to wifi. I have two wifi ssids for the same connection one which is 5ghz and the other 2.4 ghz. I was connected to the 5ghz connection just fine but I wanted to connect to the 2.4 ghz band because the range on 5ghz was a bit low. On network manager it first gave me an error saying wifi network could not be found then when I tried again it says 802-11-wireless-security.key-mgmt : property is missing. I tried changing the network manager backend from wpa supplicant to iwd and tried but it gives similar errors. I also tried to connect without network manager using just iwd and it returns with the error operation unsuccessful. The same happens when I use only wpa_supplicant as well. I can also confirm that I have not being using more than one network managers at the same time which is producing these errors. When I changed the band of the 5ghz SSID to 2.4ghz I could still connect to it which tells me it is not an error of some sort of incompatibility with 2.4 ghz band. Thinking i must have made some errors in configuration i completely reinstalled arch and what I found weird is that even in the live boot environment I could not connect to the 2.4ghz SSID. Now even in the new installation I am facing the same issues. I am able to even connect to my hotspot on my phone but for some reason I am unable to connect to that particular SSID. I have checked rfkill and ip link as well. I can also confirm that it is not an issue with my wifi card since I was able to use the same ssid on a previous installation of arch. I have absolutely no idea what is causing me to be hard blocked from using this SSID even in a completely new installation. Please let me know what additional details I should provide.

Until now I thought that sense restraint needed to be performed only towards things that I know by experience can result in delight or upset, or as soon as I notice the mind going in the direction of delight and upset, by enduring the pressure without letting the thoughts crystalize any more than they already did. (this is from the point of view of someone with a wild mind, that can still overlook citta and run with it without thinking twice, if not constantly careful)
But reading the occurences in the sutta about sense restraint, I tend to understand that it is something much broader, needed to be performed in regard to anything. (and it kind of makes sense considering that if I restrain myself in regard to what I know by experience can result in delight or upset, craving can still manifest in regard to things that weren't causing delight or upset until now)
Is this the case? And when well developped is it resulting in not grasping at any significance more than another one in regard to anything in my experience?
Along with these questions, I was wondering if sense restraint would have an effect in this MN18 passage:
"Mental-faculty-consciousness arises dependent on the mental faculty and phenomena. The meeting of the three is pressure. With pressure as basis, feeling. What one feels, one perceives. What one perceives, one thinks about. What one thinks about, one proliferates. What one proliferates is the cause for perceptions and considerations born of proliferation besetting one in regard to sights cognizable by the eye pertaining to the past, present, and future."
I tend to understand that being accomplished in sense restraint would only remove that last step of proliferation, would it be correct?
