Bonjour,
Cette année, je vais devoir effectuer ma première déclaration fiscale en prenant en compte un CTO et un PEA, ayant commencé à investir récemment.
Pour le moment, sur mon CTO, je n’ai fait que des achats et aucune vente. En revanche, sur mon PEA, j’ai déjà effectué des achats et des ventes. D’après ce que j’ai compris, tant qu’aucune somme n’est retirée du PEA, il n’y a pas de plus-value à déclarer, seule l’ouverture du compte doit être mentionnée.
En revanche, pour le CTO, cela semble beaucoup plus complexe. Si j’avais vendu des actions, il faudrait déclarer les plus-values, mais ce n’est pas mon cas cette année. Cependant, il semble que je doive quand même déclarer les dividendes perçus, y compris ceux du PEA. J’ai également lu qu’il faut appliquer le taux de change pour les dividendes étrangers, ce qui complique encore un peu plus la déclaration.

Hi everyone! I have the JBL aero reflect earbuds. Just recently the left one has stopped working. I ended up downloading the app and the icon for the left one is gray out. Sometimes if I shift it in the case it will show up for just a second. When it shows up like this is says it‘s almost fully charged. I checked the manual, website, app, and other posts. I‘ve tried cleaning the case and the earbuds and resetting them, but nothing seems to be working. Any thoughts? TIA

Về chủ đề chính của post, hiện tại em đang là sinh viên IT năm cuối của 1 trường đh tại Sài Gòn với mong muốn tương lai sau này có thể có hộ chiếu hoặc chí ít là thẻ xanh ở các nước phát triển, điểm nhắm của em chủ yếu là Singapore, Úc, Canada hoặc 1 phần là Pháp. Em cũng đang có 1 công việc tương đối ổn định và phúc lợi cũng khá tốt, dự định của em có thể sẽ làm các job tại VN tầm 4-5 năm sau đó sẽ có 2 hướng: 1 là apply các openings ở các nước đó, nếu đậu thì có thể xin visa và dần dần định hướng lâu dài, 2 là apply du học thạc sĩ xong apply các job ở bên đó để kéo dài visa của mình (phần này chỉ là em suy đoán chứ cũng chưa thật sự tìm hiểu sâu là nó có hợp lệ hay ko).
Em cũng thấy có những chướng ngại tương đối lớn khi mà đi theo cả 2 cách là: - Cạnh tranh trong ngành IT khá là cao, đặc biệt là với những ng Ấn, Trung - Chứng minh tài chính ??
Về mặt ngôn ngữ hay kỹ năng em có thể tự tin là có thể giao tiếp, làm việc với người ngoại quốc tương đối tốt do đã và đang làm chung với rất nhiều người từ văn hóa âu-mỹ-ấn. Anh chị có thể cho em xin lời khuyên là con đường nó có thật sự dễ như vậy ko (chỉ cần apply and go), có những vấn đề nào về mặt pháp lý, tài chính? Và có được thẻ xanh hoặc passport ở các nước trên có những rào cản nào đặc biệt khó hay ko? Em cũng đã thực hiện research trên internet nhưng nội dung tương đối generic :v chứ cũng ko có đi vào chi tiết quá sâu, em khá là mới với những vấn đề này nên mong anh chị có thể góp ý cho em, em cảm ơn rất nhiều.

Is this a sign of pregnancy? It is day 25 of 29 and I have vomited quite a bit. We are trying for a baby so I guess it’s possible but the internet is saying it won’t be pregnancy? 2025.01.30 15:00 Little_Ad6342 I might get "demoted" - should I leave? Where do I go?
My manager didn't call it a demotion, but a "re-banding." My title & salary would supposedly remain unchanged, but I would be moved to a lower band which would 1) lower the top end of my salary potential, 2) make me no longer bonus eligible, and 3) (his reasoning) allow me to be fairly evaluated with more of my peers.
Some background: I was hired into this manager-level role 2 years ago. I have ~3-4 years of post-undergrad work experience and a Master's degree, but 0 experience in my current industry. Some of my grad school projects aligned to some of the work this role entails, but I do not have the work experience. This role has been a challenge since the day I started. Not only having to learn an entirely new industry (which is something I'm used to as my previous 2 roles were completely different from one another), but it also comes with extremely high expectations given our stakeholders (C-Suite execs and board members).
I found out in my first performance review a year ago that I am being measured against other managers of my band level who apparently have 5-10 years of experience. Totally fair right? /s So of course, I'm not measuring up and here we are 2 years later and I'm still not able to perform at the level of independence my manager is expecting of me, even though I'd argue I'm doing a heck of a lot better than when I first started. He's stated that this isn't his way of pushing me off the team (though sometimes, it does feel like he makes personal jabs at me, but that's a different story), but rather a way to fairly evaluate my performance against others of similar experience level. I'm basically in a "probational" period this Q1 to see if I am able to work more independently at my current band level or if I will be re-banded.
I've toyed with the idea of leaving for months now even before this proposal. I love the line of work and thinking, but given the feedback I've constantly received in this role, I question if I need to find something else entirely or if it's the team/management dynamic that doesn't fit me.
Anyway - question is in the title. If once Q1 wraps up and he still thinks I need to re-band, can I fight it? Is his decision the final one? Should I start looking elsewhere for a similar type of role with a different company or am I just bad at it? If I do look elsewhere for a similar role, I'd want to start off at a lower level. Does that look bad to companies (like I'm an underachiever)?
