I'm in IT. I've been out of the dba (SQL Server Admin) role for a long time and the organization I work in doesn't have anyone dedicated to that role. Recently, I perfected a complicated query that gives a particular department all the info they need to produce an important report. I'd like to be able to embed that query in an Excel spreadsheet so they can just open the .xlsx and voila`. I can create an ODBC (the connection type with which I am most familiar) "source" and use it to get the data through PQ, but that's not optimal since that ODBC object would have to be installed on a dozen machines and even then access would be limited to those machines. So far I cannot get the Get Data --> From Database --> From SQL Server Database connection to work - even with my SQL Administrator credentials or a special user set up just for this purpose. When I follow that path to the dialog titled "SQL Server database" and fill in the Server, Database, and SQL statement fields, I get an "Unable to Connect" dialog, with the details "Loading assembly file 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=[redacted]' failed for data source type 'SQL'" There's an actual hex "token" that I've redacted.
My spidey sense tells me there's something on the AD or SQL Server side that isn't set up pcorrectly, I just don't know what that would be. does anyone know how to deal with cliquey co workers? been working at my current place for five months and it’s been sucky in that aspect, esp since many of these workers are already a well-established friend group since like HS ): i have tried talking to them individually for like a month and a half,, would often ask about them but they never put the effort back so i just stopped afterward and they hardly talk to me. yet they’re always talking to each other and also texting each other about stuff to do together in work. sometimes it’s like im not even there. and i sometimes feel they make fun of me behind my back.
i also bake sweets for them but some of them don’t even eat them but they eat each others snacks.
it doesn’t help one of them has been kinda giving me the cold shoulder lately like idek what i did?? that has esp been bothering me sm and ive been meaning to bring that up to her but its hard bc shes already always talking with others, and im not exactly the best with confrontation. doesn’t help that im autistic as well so like no matter how hard i try or how kind i like to think i am, they’ll always be something that’ll just throw me off one way or another in terms of social stuff. i know im not at work to make friends but i also dont like how evident that im left back/un included in stuff and all. was thinking of just ignoring it but its been bothering me a lot lately even when im not working

I am in therapy for unresolved childhood trauma, and recent from adulthood, and alcohol abuse. I was sober for 45 days and my therapist didn't availability during this time frame. Time passed and I ended up relapsing in the month in a half she was booked. During that, I saw a psychiatrist who suspects bipolar (I have a in person evaluation in 2 weeks for that and my alcohol abuse). I shared this information with my therapist. She said she thinks I experienced post acute withdrawal syndrome and she was extremely validating in my emotions during my sobriety. However, I shared the info from the pyschiatrist and the therapist suggested I "wean off alcohol ". I told her I haven't drank a week and I don't experience physical symptoms. She said to maybe wean off psychologically and emotionally. She may have good intentions but that rubbed off the wrong way for me. Especially as she knows my family hx of alcohol abuse. She kept encouraging me to stay sober when I was but this made me re think everything and she was trying to see me 2 weeks from that time but I canceled future appointments. There is more to it but am I valid or wrong for wanting a new therapist?
