2025.01.18 12:21 mneljna tingling/pins and needles in hand while stretching
hello everyone! i am 23 and i work at a office job where i sit all day. i was previously diagnosed with lumbar lordosis, and i recently started running to change my sedentary life style.
i also wanted to stretch because i am not flexible AT ALL and i can feel my muscles getting tightened due to sitting all day. however i had this pain on the left part of my neck and cracking sounds when i move my left shoulder. so i went to my doctor, he asked if i have weakness/numbness in my hands and i said no. he told me to go ahead with the exercises and i would benefit from them.
yesterday, i started stretching using the video "starting to stretch" shared to this subreddit. but i think i did something wrong :/ i had no problems (no pain, no aching) on the right side of my body but during the "rear hand clasp" i felt tingling in my right hand, as it was on top holding the towel. i think i damaged some nerves and i can't visit the doctor for another few days because im out of town :( i woke up last night because my hand went numb (this happens somewhat frequently btw) my hand doesn't hurt or isn't numb right now but certainly feels weird! i can't hold my arm up as long as i normally can, so some degree of weakness is present.
is there anything i can do until i can see the doctor again? i was already sad about my diagnosis (lumbar lordosis) and how i live a sedentary life so i wanted to do something to change it. now i am really anxious that i hurt myself real bad. did anyone else hurt themselves while starting or along the way? i really want to be healthy and be able to stretch.

A vent. All my life along when I tried to be independent financially or physically my family was against it . First was getting out of home and be independent for my studies. Second was starting a saving when I got a job . They use emotional blackmail to stop me (that time I don't know I don't know it was emotional blackmail. I feel like they care for me so that they wants to be with me out of love ). And for savings , I was told that it was a bad idea and they have better idea. (And now they don't even remember about the better idea). So I feel like I couldn't experience the real world and I become afraid of it as I was not allowed to hangout or gain any life experiences . Firstly I used to rebel but as time passes it became my habit. Anxious when stepped out of home or not able to connect with people . As years goby and nothing changed untill I started my family.
Now that I need some help with little baby in home and trying to restart my career. They literally don't lift a finger. You don't believe, they want me to figure it out alone. And the advice is .. Everyone has gone through this and for me I need to independent. That's a great advice but I personally felt the time is wrong. A child should experience and try to adapt to the world when they are ready not to force to gain independence when they are struggling.
Am I doomed ? What can I do to improve my situation? I really don't know anyone gone through this kind of stuff.

 | Anyone have an idea of how to remove this from its slot? It's on a 2018 Kia Optima LX 2.4 battery harness. The used replacement didn't have it installed, so I want to remove it from the original and install it so wires won't be bouncing around and whatnot. I took images of the replacement, which doesn't have it, and my original, that I am trying to remove it from. Small part, but the mechanism is holding that thing on tuff! I don't wanna brake it tho. Nothing major just curious about this. I deleted a save that was taking up 133mb to make space and after deleting the save the world is still in my manage saves. When I click it it doesn't have any options to archive/unarchive. I can delete it again though which is good but was curious to why it would still be there? Anyone else have this happen?

I have a 2003 Honda Accord Ex
I recently replaced my ball joints in my front suspension, I have checked them again and they look brand new still, only about 1,000 miles put on them. My suspension is making a bad squeaking sound specifically when I turn my wheel as well as lightly squeaking when i drive as i hit bumps in the road. This may be a very dumb question, but i am still a novice mechanic having only done work on my own cars. Google says i should have a mechanic look at it to get a professional opinion, but google says a lot of stuff so am I safe to assume it’s the struts, and if not can anyone tell me what else I should look at and what i should actually look for before i get on rockauto and order any parts (or if i really should listen to google this time and have an actual mechanic take a look and tell me what i should fix)?
