I would appreciate some help selecting a keyboard that will fit my needs. Full-sized with num pad. Backlit with shine-through caps. Quiet. Perhaps hot-swap switches. Wired. I will most likely use white backlight most of the time and need it to be dimmable. Flashing, patterned colors are much less important. I am willing to build but pre-built would be easier.

It's been 2 weeks since I made this post, where I ask how many hours of zero improvement would be considered a problem? I have not improved one bit from when I made this post. I have been doing VDIM daily for the past 17 days. And yet nothing has changed in my aim (You can look at the vods yourself and see that nothing has changed). My wrist still shakes to all hell, and my eyes can barely keep up with the targets. My flicks are trash, which I'm not sure how I'm supposed to improve that because when you flick everything becomes a blur, so to flick on target is more of an instinct thing than anything I guess. I tried different techniques, at least I think so? For tracking, I try to move at a constant pace, but it feels impossible without my wrist shaking, or me just stopping for some reason.
It's hard to do this everyday knowing that I'm just wasting my time, because nothing in my aim is improving.
Compared to when I first started (VT S4) in September where I was getting high scores every day and went from bronze to silver in 12 days, and it took me 93 days to get from silver to gold, though about 30-50 of those days I didn't train because of the lack of progress. Where now I'm in bronze voltaic season 5.
What am I doing wrong. It's to the point where some days I feel worse after training, and before anyone says take a break. I already did that once, I didn't come back better, and I felt even worse during the break, because I was missing out on training time.

I’ve known that I needed to do around 6 courses that are not specific to my major, most of them are in electrical engineering. I also knew there were prerequisites for them for me to actually get the course, but I was just confused why the model semester plans don’t show these prerequisites at all.
For example, I need EEE 3396 and it is included in the model semester plan, but it has the prerequisite of EEL 3008, which is nowhere to be found. Also 3008 requires 3111C which also isn’t on the list.
I can still fit these prerequisites on my schedule, I’m just wondering why they aren’t on the model semester plans?

Liberals: nothing really notable beyond the tabling of supplementary estimates - overall pretty average press game (where it existed) - margin of error was a big help to you here - will need to be more active if you want to maintain your seats as you are at a very real risk of dropping seats like flies
Conservatives: good level of activity but your issue is with post quality - from blatant reposts to abstract discussions of why obviously good things are good and why obviously bad things are bad there have been some bad eggs - you're trying to convince everyone you're a serious and competent alternative to the Liberals first and the PPC second, it is getting difficult to place you above both, I encourage looking to your Leader for a prime example on how to make a good post.
People's Party: keep it up - some candidates need to start looking to a more diverse range of topics to talk about - nobody except for nerds care about trains as deeply as some of you do - the majority of the population are not train nerds - differentiate yourself from the Tories or the Govt if you're going to go in deep on that stuff
New Democratic Party: where have you gone? Post quality has dipped a bit and if this persists I don't perceive it to be a very healthy place for the NDP to remain in
Overall: Extenuating circumstances plus the estimates have been a significant boon to the Government this poll, and the net extension of their polling lead should not be read into as an example of a positive day for the Government - from what it looks like the Preferred Prime Minister poll is the canary in the coal mine here. Party polling is generally more stable, but as soon as PPMs start to shift you should be alarmed. The Conservatives need to improve their quality, the Government needs to find their mojo and the PPC are bringing home the bacon.

I’m in a WLW relationship with my girlfriend, who’s 24, and I’m 28. This is her first job, which she started last September. Everything was going well until I noticed she’s grown close to a workmate (also a woman). I started feeling uneasy when her workmate began chatting with her more frequently. It feels like this girl might have feelings for my girlfriend. I’m not sure, but it makes me uncomfortable because their chats don’t seem work-related.
For example, she asked things like, “Do you play the piano?” or “Have you seen this movie?”—just casual, personal stuff, exchanging playlist? They’ve been exchanging messages, and I started to feel jealous because it reminds me of how I was with her when we were just starting.
What also gets to me is how my girlfriend responds; it feels different from how she usually talks to others. I know they’re not doing anything wrong, but I told her I felt uncomfortable with this person. She reassured me there’s nothing to worry about and said they’re just friends. She also mentioned her coworker is straight and that’s just how she is.

I didn’t tell her what she should do—I left it up to her—but I made sure she knew how I felt.
Later, she ended up talking to her workmate about it, saying I was bothered by their closeness. That’s when I felt even more upset because I believe it’s a private issue between us that didn’t need to involve her workmate. She explained that she just didn’t want her workmate to misunderstand her sudden change in behavior, like chatting less.
I feel guilty now because I know she’s happy with their friendship, and this made her sad. Am I being selfish? She said she talked to her workmate for my sake because she loves me and doesn’t want me to feel this way. And now she and her workmate are awkward and I know she is uncomfy sa office nila and I felt bad because of that naguiguilty ako para bang sana di ko nalang sinabe
Am i wrong? dahil nag-seselos ako? kung feeling ko may malisya yung workmate niya sa kanya? Selfish ba ? Immature ba ?Nagooverthink lang ba ako?

I adopted my boy Hank almost 4 years ago now, and he’s 9 1/2 years old. Ever since I adopted him he’s always clawing up the carpet. I’ve tried both your standard scratching post (the one with the rope around the pole) and a cardboard one. I trim his class regularly. But he hasn’t once touched either of the scratching posts. I’ve tried sprinkling catnip on them, but he has never reacted to catnip. Is there anything I can do or try to help stop him from destroying the carpet?

I’v been a nurse for 4 years, and I’ve been working in critical care float pool for the past 2 years. I have never been more exhausted with work. I practically drag myself out of bed every day. I have no interest in taking an on-unit staff position in any of the ICUs I work in. How could I be burning out so early in my career? Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, do you have any advice for me?
