I'll be honest I hate posting on nextdoor thumbtack ect because I'll get calls texts for weeks and it's super annoying. Anyway I'm in the 423/main St area and need a good reasonable plumber to install a dishwasher. I bought it from NFM and they delivered but won't install. Also need haul away or at least move old one to garage so I can call to have it removed. Any suggestions?

This is my first go at a planted tank (10g) that I plan to add a betta and cherry shrimp to once it’s cycled! Yesterday, I set it up and dosed it with ammonia to start things off. It’s annubias and java fern glued to the hard scape and the crypts are planted in fluval spectrum. Does the setup look ok / any suggestions to promote plant growth?
I bought the all in one fertilizer from aquarium co-op. Should I be dosing it while the tank cycles / how often? Once the tank is cycled, how often should I be dosing?
Also, the employee at my LFS said not to do water changes while it’s cycling but I’ve heard different things. Thoughts?

Basically the title, I'm an English Major who enjoys writing poetry to vent occasionally, or if it's assigned to me. Usually more of a long-fiction kinda girl, but I wrote something during finals last semester that a lot of my friends are pushing me to publish.
I'm also down to share it in DMs if anyone asks! The poem was about feeling like everyone other than yourself has the keys to your life as a trans person, and it's pretty personal, deals with vague mentions of drug abuse, SA, and growing up with phobic parents. It's from a trans girl's perspective so masculinity is also viewed as trauma throughout.

I've been losing my personality and who I am as a person entirely, I've turned into an emotionless and overall less normal person. I'm not doing anything to provoke this change but I thought I'd just give it attention
It's not that I'm incapable of emotion, rather my brain just care less and less everyday for the things around me. No desires no love just me alone with my thoughts.
This probably won't effect my life though, I usually fake emotion because it's easy, to be honest nobody could probably notice it unless they read this or stalked me idk lol.

I don't know if it's something that you encounter too, maybe someone will relate to this.
When I see all the people at work, who are stuck in a routine they don't truly enjoy, and do not have the time or the motivation to continue the dreams they had when they were young, it makes me sad.
Being an adult and still following your dreams is a lot of effort and my worst fear is that, one day I'll give up my inner child and become a corporate bot.
Do you ever felt this way ? Maybe it's a bit trash, but it's just my feeling. If you have any tips about that I'll be glad to read them 🙏 Have a nice day

Tried to keep the title slightly vague, but I'm talking specifically about whether we're sure that all the MDR Innies still go home at night after the OTC event.
I've seen some good discussion so far about why the Outies would even want to return to Lumon after the OTC experience. And I do think there are a lot of good reasons why each would want to return.
But what I haven't seen much discussion of is whether we know for sure that all of the Outies do, in fact, want/choose to be there at this point.
I'm particularly skeptical that, after iMark reveals the secret about Gemma/Ms. Casey, both Mark and Lumon would mutually agree to just... continue the same workaday arrangement as before, where Mark surrenders control of his mind and body to Lumon each morning, and Lumon allows a guy who knows something about this deep, dark conspiracy to walk around freely in the outside world. Naturally oMark would have reasons to hope his Innie could do something to crack the case, but also might be frightened for his own safety in showing up at Lumon each day. And even if Lumon didn't know about "She's Alive!" before the break room scene, they almost definitely know now.
I feel like something about this arrangement has probably changed. Now, whether it's changed so drastically that Mark is legitimately trapped at Lumon may be a more far fetched idea, but I think it's certainly possible. We know that Lumon may not have scruples about some variation of kidnapping/murdering/faking the deaths of people on the outside in order to trap them on the Severed Floor or Testing Floor, so why not Mark, after all that's transpired?
