2025.01.18 19:30 Strange-Active-5676 Help needed designing playback, IEM, redundant rig
Hi all. I’m pretty new to this playback side of things. I have a 3 piece band (synth, guitar drums) with backing tracks out of abletons arrangement view using a MioXM and Scarlett 18i8. I send 8 channels to FOH, who sends back the click and monitoring for our in ears. I’m wanting more control over the IEM mix and as our shows get bigger my paranoia over computer failure increases.
I’ve done a lot of reading on this subreddit and watched from studio to stage videos and so far I’ve noticed the following gear as being great for a rig:
Playaudio 1u X32 mixer Shure wireless IEM boxes 2 laptops
What else is super essential? Any other tips I need to know when designing this rig?
I want to keep the rig small and transportable.

Was learning about Daniel 7 which describes the 4 kingdoms which precede the Kingdom of God. These are the Babylonian, Persian, Greek and Roman. The Babylonian is the lion, the Persian is the bear, the Greek is the leopard with 4 heads because it was split up between the 4 generals of Alexander the Great, then the fourth one with the 10 kings is Rome. The 10 kings being Julius Caesar through Vespasian and the little horn being Titus who is considered especially wicked because he destroyed Jerusalem.
Then it goes on to say that judgment would be given the saints of the most high and that the saints would end up possessing the 4th kingdom (Rome).
Is this a slam dunk for the Catholic Church? Is this commonly talked about in catholic school? Thoughts?

Ich habe vorher immer auf Neutral und nur die Handbremse gezogen. Mittlerweile lege ich den 1 Gang rein und ziehe die Handbremse nur leicht. Schade ich damit das Getriebe? Wie macht ihr das?

2025.01.18 19:30 vrtra_theory Favorite primary attack?
I tend to like the big heavy weapons, so I've been maining the giant hammer whenever possible.
However, against certain enemies (mostly the annoying shield guys) I switch to the knight sword you start with, the hammer is just a bit too slow.
I also have the paladin hammer and the spear you get from (other bosses), but I can't really find a reason to use them. (Although I do think the ult attacks are much better than the starting sword, they aren't as useful imo from a swing speed perspective).
Is that the consensus or are there folks who like the in-between main weapons?
